Warning to anyone buying any Phillips products. Once they have your money you will be treated like you never existed ever. Their customer service email system will immediately tell you that they are closing your file because they have not heard from you. Their auto respond service is set for you not to receive any service from them. When you speak to them on the service line they'll tell you to send a photo of your purchase and details of the problem then when you do this it automatically says they are closing your complaint! This went on for over a month even through repeated phone calls and emails. Then their manager hung up on my call.

I had a driver come out to my house for battery service. He stole the gas out of my car and when I complained about it I was told "Do you have proof? That's impossible" and "You have too much time on your hands so I am not going to take this seriously". Yes,in those exact words. Keep in mind I was totally calm when I spoke with them. I cannot believe a company like AAA would be so unprofessional.

If there were an award for the worst customer experience, they’d win it hands down.I signed up for their free trial of the 360 annual membership and forgot to cancel—my mistake, but what came next was absurd. There’s no way to cancel the membership online. You’re forced to call their customer service, which is an absolute nightmare if you’re outside the country.Instead of saving money, I ended up losing $99.Be warned: this is a trap. Avoid at all costs.

I live in Orlando Florida and I get there's a lot of Hispanics. But I'm Caucasian and the customer. I don't understand how Spanish drivers don't cater to there customers. Most play Spanish music loud and sing. I don't get it. Every other service does what's best for the customers wants and needs.

Terrible customer service. They said they serviced our industry but didn't and they literally have no idea on what is the best solution for customers. I struggled with a number of operators over email and phone but my advice is to look for another solution as there are plenty of better ones out there and for cheaper it seems. We got a great deal from a competitor so don't waste you time with these guys.

I am a regular abercrombie shopper , love the quality and the clothes is true to size. The online costumer service is not great. Once i needed some changes on my order and i called the costumer service right away. They were not able to assist me , they didnt know how to apply the members discount on my order so i had to cancel the entire order and redo it myself online. The other bad experience was when i received a bikini top instead of a winter coat , very disappointed .
