I ordered a book (to be gifted) in April 2021. It was supposed to arrive in July. The shipping date has been pushed back three time since then and now the book is saying it will come in November. However, when I go to check on the status of my order number, it can not find it. I copy/pasted the order number they gave me in the email. Apparently that order doesn’t exist. I tried doing the web chat, it just kept sending me to the help center where I saw no options to chat with someone. I tried calling the 1-800 number but no one was available. This sucks and I will not order from B&N again after this.

So far I have spent all day looking through different pages of various documents and have found nothing that has wowed me. Lots of misinformation on family members. Did not meet my expectations of what I thought I should see. So the assumption is that unless other potential family members actively participate in putting the puzzle pieces in place, you can’t get a true picture unless you get a subscription.

I have not used my $300 headset in a year just because it is such a trouble to sign in, I have been sitting here trying to sign in for an hour and whenever I try to register it just tells me email not found, that's the point it's not found because I have not entered one yet.

MEGA is a great company and I love using this platform. I gave it 5 stars because they were so helpful when I needed help and contacted them via email. I had wanted to cancel my monthly subscription as I didn't want an ongoing debit but I couldn't figure out how to do it. So I contacted Help / Support. First I checked the Help section online - it said "Open Mega, then click on the main menu, then click on Plan then cancel your subscription from there. But for some reason I couldn't find it or see the option on the screen.So I contacted them by email and they told me the exact same thing as I found in the Help support section earlier, but for some reason, this time I could see the option and proceeded to cancel my subscription successfully.Thanks guys for your help. Maybe I need a new pair of glasses. Lol. Don't know how I missed it the first time. lol.Keep up the good work.

Booked 2 rooms in Manila. When arrived, we were very unpleasantly surprised with a bathroom being shared between 3 rooms. There was no information about shared bathroom in the room description at all. The support did nothing to solve the problem and no compensation was provided.

-= GoG happy customer since 2015 =-The fact that I own my games is the main reason I chose GoG, as well as the fact that I can replay most of my old games on my modern computer.→ All SSI Goldbox (Pool of radiance ♥, etc...)→ DragonStrike (far from perfect, but I love it)→ Tie Fighter→ Lands of Lore→ Master of Magic→ XCom/UFO enemy unknown etc...What's more, thanks to their newsletters, I've discovered old and new gems that are now part of my library.→ Mount & Blade Warband ♥ (I've probably spent over 10,000 hours on it... Yes, really...).→ Everspace→ Xenonauts→ Fabled Landsetc...I even bought Endless Space 2 a second time (I'd already bought it on another platform) so I could play it forever....There are no downsides, just a lack, the ability to play all games under linux (and get rid of window$). You can always do it yourself with wine, but I'd like it to be more user-friendly like on another platform.Owning my games forever is a must for me, and I love this initiative from GoG. Thanks to them. ♥

They denied my card for my order and approved it for dashpass. Sure I want to try dashpass but I also want my order. Why is it that they can approve my card for dashpass but not the order. I called them and got a refund for dashpass but now cannot order anything due to “use another payment method”. I want to be able to use the account but if I can’t then I’ll use Uber Eats!
