Royal Caribbean, not to be trusted!

RC took our money under false pretenses. They sent Covid Protocols with conflicting advice. They have misformed us by email and on the phone. They have misled us. After over 6 hours on the phone with customer services (at our expense), with plenty of evidence in our favour, they have stated they are not going to refund our money. We are not allowed to speak to the Leadership team or have copies of any phone calls that contain evidence, as it is their policy that customers are not allowed to do/hear this. They did not send any response by email at all, so we have nothing in writing from them. In the UK it appears we are not covered by GDPR which states they have to hand over phone call recordings. We have spent over 100k with RC over the years, even our young children are high Diamond Plus, loyalty members. We are 16k down, yes 16k! They have tried to delay/avoid talking to us for months. We are now going down the legal route, even though RC will not give us a phone number or address for our legal representatives to contact. I have always recommended RC in the past but my advice is now AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We will never go away with them again. Bye-bye to all the lovely cabin crew we know onboard the ships, we hope they treat you better than your customers. If anyone can recommend a cruise company that is not money-orientated but customer orientated, a company that cares about their customers and wants them to return, let us know, our money will be going their way. RC, you lose out.

The articles are not written by people with medical backgrounds. It appears to me that they do a Google search for information, and just copy what they find, and we all know that the Internet is full of false information. They do not use scientific journals. The articles are supposedly “reviewed” by doctors, but in some cases they seem to not really know a subject or aren’t paying attention, because the information is blatantly false. I have been doing research for many years about a condition (which I have) in humans known as demodicosis (caused by Demodex mites). The information on this site is ridiculous. Every veterinarian in the world can write a book about this condition, which is not contagious, but occurs in both humans and animals. It is sad that false information just gets passed from one bad website to another, and it results in people not being treated properly.

A paid major downgrade from GA.The software lacks so many basic functions that you would assume a paid tracking software would have.It doesn’t even by default, differentiate between paid and organic traffic.The support is also awful. There’s no live chat, and when emailing them you will 9/10 times get a response that is not helpful, or they will refer you to their community xD

Absolutely HORRID company

Absolutely HORRID company. How they are even still remotely in business is honestly baffling. They give you delivery dates, NEVER actually show up on said date. Then they want signatures for certain packages, which is fine, IF YOU SHOW UP ON TIME and on the correct date. People need to take off work to sign for packages a lot of the time because they have no one else that will be home. Some other people, like myself, work night shift. And we have to purposely wake ourselves up MANY hours ahead of time just to wait for a package that may OR may not ever show up.This company needs to be filled with automation and AI. Because the humans working here are useless.

Dishonesty at Porsche of South Bay

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Porsche of South Bay. They operate in an unethical and dishonest manner, making promises just to lure you in, only to renege once you’re there. Their general sales manager is particularly rude and unprofessional, showing no regard for customer service or integrity. If you’re considering doing business with them, think twice—you’ll likely end up frustrated and misled. I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere to a dealership that actually values honesty and professionalism.

What happened to fox? You have some shows I will NEVER watch again. You show all Biden’s speeches,but not Trump’s. I used to watch the five, but can’t stand Jessica T so I won’t ever watch again. Cavuto is a democrat and Arcell N is also a democrat. I have been watching Newsmax now, at least they are notHaving stupid democrats liers on their shows.I can’t believe what has happened to fox and I had been watching since fox went on the air. Not what they used to be. I still have a few shows I watch, but not a fan of fox these days. Sad, but true! All my friends are saying the same thing. I always suggest they switch to Newsmax too. SAD, because I always used to love fox.

Google support only the big companies

Google support only the big companies, they are greedy and dont care for small business, when i say small anybody smaller than Amazon or eBay.Google ads did work many years ago but over the last year or two we have justr spent thousands a month with hardly any return, today i call it a day, i have had enough. Google's response is nothing other than to increase your budget, i cant compete with our main competitor who have billions to play with.Google are an unfair advertiser network, they need to be fair with all players on the field not just favor the rich.Its a shame that Google AI can't predict the falling of Google revenue due to customer abandonment and sloppy support.

Shocking experience with large faceless brand

I bought a linen shirt and it shrank after one wash on a delicate cycle. Took it back to the store, they said they couldn't do anything unless I spoke to customer services. Spoke to customer services and they said take it back to the store. Took it back to the store and they refused to even look at it and said they wouldn't consider return etc as it's not their policy. I have since been emailing customer services who have asked for multiple pictures of the shirt, receipt etc, measurements, comparing to another shirt. After sending all of this, they eventually say they cannot do anything as it is the store's decision. So I am left with a shirt which I paid £40 for but I cannot wear as it is too small for me. I feel like I have been dealing with a robot throughout this entire experience. Horrible experience of a large completely faceless and impersonal brand. It is shocking that this kind of consumer experience is allowed to happen but perhaps just another result of our increasingly impersonal, uncaring materialistic modern society..

I love this platform

I love this platform. It has been great so far; however, the data from my orders is not properly syncing from my tik tok shop to printful. I must re-collect shipping information despite the customer entering it correctly the first time. Also, Tik-Tok is not collecting sales tax although Printful charges me sales tax to push the order.
