If I could give 0 I would!! Zara have not refunded 2 items - impossible to get a response on instagram, messenger & chat just closed down! A large company like Zara do not provide customer support - appalling!

Horrible customer support. I wait at least 2 days in between responses and the responses I receive are generic and of no help which makes me respond with another question that I have to wait yet another two days for a response. been over a week and still issue is unresolved. They are having sender verfication issues on their servers and basically told me they don't know what to do. ummm...how about help me figure it out so you don't lose a customer. Already lost, I'm looking for another company

I WAS TAKEN THERE BY POLICE BECAUSE OF MY HORRIBLE SITUATION AND CRIED THRU OUT MY 4 DAY STAY FROM HOWW I WAS TREATED AND LEFT WITH OUT FOOD WITH 4 MEALS. THEN THE COUNSELOR I WAS ASSIGNED DID NOT AT ALL CARE ABOUT PROVIDING ME THE ASSISTANCE I NEEDED AND SHE LITTERALLY WAS PISSED WHEN SHE WAS ASSIGNED TO ME AND COMPLAINTED ON THE PHONE WITH SOMEONE ARGUING WHY WAS I ASSIGNED TO HERE RIGHT INFRONT OF MY FACE. I HAD TO WEAR THE SAME UNDERWARE FOR THREE DAYS. THIS ONE COUNSELOR HAS TREATED MANY WOMEN AWFULLY AND MADE THEM FEEL WORSE THAN THEY WERE BEING THERE FOR ABUSE. ONE FEMALE WORKER WITH LONG HAIR THAT DIRECTLY WORKS WITH THE ABUSED PEOPLE IS ALSO A HORRIBLE PERSON THAT TREATS YOU LIKE CRAP AND LEAVES PEOPLE WITH OUT MEALS AT TIMES. IT WAS ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES EVER FOR ME AND I LITERALLY WALKED OUT IN TEARS FROM THEM NOT CARING. SUCH PEOPLE HAVE NO BUSINESS WORKING IN ABUSED SHELTERS.. LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR THE DIRECTOR SANDRA GARCIA BUT SHE NEVER CONTACTED ME. I bought a power charger for my dash…

I bought a power charger for my dash cam. See paste. (Mini USB Car Charger For Dash Cam Power Supply Lead Cable Adapter 12V To 5V-New.) When I plugged it in it set fire and burnt out my dash cam. This turned out to be because the output was 12v and not 5v as stated. With safety paramount I reported this to e bay. They just replied that there was no problem with the listing. Then I got a reply from the vender after failing to get them to alter or remove the listing, see paste. (first of all i dont entertain any of your threats, the dash cams can never get damaged with the car charger , secondly you can go to trading standards or your lawyer or whoever you want to ,and for your info the output is upto 12v so i am 100% sure it was not damaged by the car charger, you are trying to put the blame on us because your dash cam was already damaged or not working , this is another way to scam the sellers.donot email us again with any kind of threats , your refund is already been given so any further emails will be blocked.) This shows the attitude of the seller to an honest cutomer with a valid complaint. Neither eBay or the vendor (supremetech4uk) could care about anything except income and neither have any thought of care or consideration for their customers.

I regret my last purchase!

I regret my last purchase! Now they charge Taxes on top! Fake free shipping! And Chinese Mafia sellers overload!This review is for Amazon.es I got eluded into thinking the item would be free shipping then had to pay 3 euros for shipping and 3 more for taxes on a 8 euros item, almost 50% increase that was advertised has an amazon free shipping!!!Also there are many Chinese sellers that have terrible customer support, selling low quality items at premium prices, and in the description of the products almost never there is a country were the product was made! The Chinese mafia is controlling this online market places! This review is for Amazon.es

I made a purchase and needed to modify…

I made a purchase and needed to modify my address. There is this crazy process u have to go through just for a address modification. I now have to wait to hear from the cancellation team and HOPE they can cancel my order in time. If not my package will no make it to my location since i cant modify it. So if that happens i have to go through another process due ro a lost package. Never in my life have i had this much trouble over on a online purchase. I know it will never happen again cause i will never order from ulta again
