I am a paying customer and never got my website to load. I was never able to get access to any customer support either. On the forum for other users, I noticed this complaint as well. What a scam. Very frustrated wasting money and time on this.

Absolutely infuriated with Salesforce! Dealing with them has been a nightmare. It's mind-boggling how a company supposedly helping others in sales and customer support can fail so spectacularly with its own clients. We requested the cancellation of our Pardot subscription six months in advance, and despite confirmation by email from the account manager, they managed to mess it up.With an account manager musical chairs—changing four times in less than six months—and a slick move changing the product name from Pardot to Marketing Cloud, they slipped Pardot back into our contract without bothering to inform us. Six months of battling with Salesforce through a case, with minimal help from our account manager, and now they have the audacity to demand payment for a service we made crystal clear we didn't want.Their refusal to admit their colossal error, constant misleading information, and what feels like a blatant attempt at fraud make this a horrendous experience. Stay far away from Salesforce if you value your sanity and business.

Won’t ever use this company again. They cancelled our sailing and gave no real alternative to us. The offered a lesser cruise at a time that would be completely unsuitable. We have accommodation booked either sides of our cruise which we will Loose the money on. Never again

Untill now is our overall ecxperience positive. We would wish though some more basic features for landing page editing: like backward timer, change of favicon, page preview in a browser (now one has to publish and republish page just to see how it looks like). That would make work with your system much more comfortable.

I have been trying for 4 days to upgrade to a monthly WeTransfer Pro account. The payment page freezes - in all desktop and iOS browsers. The Chatbot is useless and does not connect you to a live person. Eventually, I DM'd WeTransfer in Facebook and, miraculously, there was a reply with an email address, which I sent a request to for help. That was 2 days ago. A once brilliant service has fallen and crashed into ineptitude. I wouldn't recommend WeTransfer to anyone.
