Booked a car rental. Purchased a full protection additionally. I received my booking confirmation from their partner who was the actual merchant - no mention of any protection. Had to pay 120 EUR/day (!) additionally when I picked up my car for protection.

Purchased washer dryer online paid ti have it connected by AOL after using the washing machine i found i have a leak so I contacted AOL and was told there is nothing they can do as i need to contact the manufacturer. I contacted hoover the manufacturer and was told i need to purchase a additional insurance for them to come out. Very bad after care service i would not purchase from them again ☹️

It's remarkable how terrible this…

It's remarkable how terrible this launcher is. As of right now, almost all of Europe is having an outage. How does this crap happen? My internet speeds are good, I have no issues downloading games via Steam, Epic Games, et cetera. But when it comes to Battle.net, things go south. Right now, I'm trying to download Modern Warfare again. I deleted it in order for the update to work. It still isn't working. It worked for 10 minutes before it went caveman brain and stopped. I tried changing regions, still didn't work. Judging from other reviews, Blizzard's intentions with this launcher are clear. Ripping people off and giving poor reliability & terrible servers in return. Good riddance.

Scammers I think. They had a promotion that was worded as such I thought I could get it by buying a few things. I believe I was informed I actually bought an item and met the requirements of getting so much gold coins for the event. The information disappeared from my account on the app after I bought it. I kept getting contradicting information from their AI and then the actual customer service person. I have screenshots. It turns out I had to pay equal to what the offer was according to the customer service adviser.. In this case buying £200 in product to get £200 credit. That's okay if you realise that but that's not what I interpreted from their wording that I think was designed to mislead and get people to buy and explain later why they didn't get the reward. I cancelled my order. I understand their things can be good value but this was an item I wasn't prepared to wait until August for delivery and not get the reward either. I want the item for the summer so I will need to buy elsewhere.

They Ship out the mobiles from France. If there is an issue they have a UK telephone number but these lot can only view the information and cannot do anything about it. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the DoubleTree Hilton in Decatur Alabama. During my stay from the 21st and 22nd we had it booked. I was appalled to find bugs in my room, which is wholly unacceptable, especially considering the $500 I paid for two nights.This experience has fallen far below the standard of service any guest should expect. I have already contacted your team to raise this issue, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or update, which only adds to my frustration.For your reference, I have attached photos and documentation that clearly demonstrate the unacceptable conditions of any hotel guest. ALSO. We were promised all these things. Nothing yet. I think it's disgusting and disrespectful. Thank you for your urgent attention.

SCAMMERS!

I will never spend another cent at Macy*s! They lost a loyal customer of 50+ years due to their online shopping site that is clearly contracted out to a foreign entity with zero accountability. I thought I was dealing with "the real Macy*s" but this was not the case at all. I suspect they didn't want to miss the gravy train of holiday shoppers so they took a short cut and farmed out their online business. Big mistake! Their customer service is in the Philippines and the warehouses they deal with are in who-knows-where! They just read to you from a training script..."I'm so sorry"..."I understand your frustration"... They are not sorry and could not care less. They allow the vendors to dictate to them, not the other way around. The vendors refuse to cancel orders even when they never had the merchandise to begin with. Macy*s needs to be investigated for this SCAM that is being perpetrated on an unsuspecting public! I made online purchases in December that were guaranteed for Christmas delivery and immediately learned they had not even shipped and were on back order for January 15th! Really? I have come to realize they knew these items were not in stock and made a false commitment to ship them in time for the holidays in order to secure the funds. The trouble began in earnest when I attempted to cancel the items. Customer service told me that they will send an email to the vendor and "request" cancellation of my items and that I can expect to hear directly from the vendor in 24-hours via email to confirm the cancellation. Nothing. I repeated this process 3 more times. In the meantime my account then indicated the items would now be shipping on FEBRUARY 15th! Thanks, and Merry Christmas. I had already repurchased replacement gifts at the last minute in order to save Christmas. Last Thursday, January 7th, I contacted customer service again (by the way, it is nearly impossible to find a number on their website as they clearly discourage contacts) and was told these complaints are common and they get them all the time. I was transferred to a "resolution specialist" who assured me that the vendor would respond more favorably to his email. I was also assured the resolution specialist would call me the next day with confirmation the order has been cancelled. Nothing. Yesterday, January 13th, I called again because I received an email from the vendor that they shipped the items! Nice! Another resolution specialist said this would have to be referred to a "supervisor". What a joke. She assured me that by tomorrow (January 14th) she would have the shipment stopped by UPS and returned to the vendor and assured me she will call me tomorrow (January 14th), "I promise". I told her to be sure my card is not charged and that I removed my payment information from my Macy*s account. She stated she still had my card number information. I told her to remove it immediately and not allow any further charges to my account. She said she would "try to stop the vendor from processing the charge." A few hours later, the charge was posted to my charge account. Coincidence? I don't think so. I believe they made a mad dash to charge me for these items that they knew were being rerouted back to the vendor. I do not anticipate hearing today from this supervisor as promised. I let her know that everyone I have dealt with thus far is a flat out liar and that I will never do business with Macy*s again. I fully expect this order, (which consists of Christmas decorations!) to be delivered to the original (gift) shipping address I sent it to. What a mess! My message to Macy*s: Shame on you for deceiving customers by using outside vendors with no accountability and no oversight by you. My trust in your good name is shattered. I am so disappointed.

Very incompetent team. Live support only works if you do not have a technical problem with your device .. which is most of us - so that feature is useless.And when they finally get back to you on email - which usually takes a week - the answers are non-imformative and do not help the issue.There needs to be A LOT better support when you’re buying products this expensive.

Review of dell

My current Dell system was failing

My current Dell system was failing, so I ordered a new laptop on 1/24/25. The one I wanted with higher memory was out of stock. I was thrilled when it arrived the next day. Upon setup the wireless card failed. Spent 1 1/2 hours with tech support. They said they would replace the laptop. After 2 days no update, and I had it escalated. Now they said they will not replace - only repair. It had to be dead out of the box - it only lasted 2 hours. Decided to return rather than repair a product that failed in two hours. Because I needed a laptop I ordered one with the higher memory with a delivery date of 2/24/25. The next day I looked and the delivery date was 2/11/25. The next day the same unit had a delivery date of 2/5/25. Tried to have it expedited but still waiting. Also Dell sent a return label for FedEx I took it to a store 20 minutes away and they said they could not ship it - it had to go to a FedEx store an additional half an hour away. Dell received it but I have to wait 10 days for a refund. So here I am with a still failing system, spent over ten hours trying to get this resolved, no new laptop, and Dell still has close to $1,500 of my money. I cannot understand the constantly changing delivery dates for the exact same laptop. I have been a Dell customer for over 20 years and this is very disappointing.
