I only gave it a star because I had to. Everytime I type in my password, it shows up wrong password even though it is the right password. When I go to change my password, it wants to send a message to Whatsapp. Then I wait and never receive the code to change my password. Naturally there isn't a person willing to help.

I’m sorry True Harness feels this way; after having multiple harnesses from you and them lasting for years. Only reason I purchased a 2nd one for our dog, Skywalker is I wanted a backup and loved it (used it until his death); we have referred True Harness to many people we met in our travels as a full time RVer and walking him through many parks over the last few years. Skywalker was very rough and if any harness was going to tear, it would’ve been his harness. As I told you on the pink harness for Maizy we got it in but did not use it for over a month after receiving it as we were working on her walking with a lead leash. Maizy is extremely gentle with the harness and there is nothing in her inside kennel or in our Tiffin Bus that she could’ve torn it on. She only wears it for her walks as Skywalker pretty much stayed on all day and a bunch of nights. Knowing fabrics as I do (I was a designer and worked with fabric daily for 30 years) I feel there is an issue with the fabric of the harness. After much thought on your response that it was over your 60 day warranty (this was by only a few days) I will no longer be using your products or giving out referrals on it If I felt Maizy could’ve damaged the harness in her daily activities I would not have even contacted you on the issue. I feel your 15% discount was an insult as the leash being used for less than a month and the fabric looking like it was dry rotted on why it was ripping & worn looking. We have purchased several harnesses from you in the past and they lasted years (for my dogs Skywalker & Possum). This one is only a little over 2 months old since getting it and we waited almost a month before using it as we were still teaching her to walk properly with a lead leash. As you can see from my picture the fabric is coming apart. We live in our MotorHome so there is nothing that when we come inside could be catching on it. Maizy wears it for 4 walks a day and when we take her in our truck which has a full seat cover & then we take it off inside the MotorHome after she drinks her water. I am very disappointed with this harness as it has not lasted like the others I’ve purchased. Please advise me with your opinion. Thank you

I had high hopes for Brevo.com because they offer a good set of tools for email campaigns. Unfortunately, my experience with them was nothing short of frustrating. When we sent our first campaign, a significant number of emails were rejected. Determined to resolve the issue, we meticulously reviewed our email list and even used a validation service to ensure there were no bad addresses.Despite our efforts, when we sent the campaign again, only two messages bounced, yet Brevo shut down the entire campaign, suspended our account, and kept all our money. This was incredibly disappointing.To verify the integrity of our email list, we tried another email service provider. The same emails that bounced with Brevo were sent without any issues using the new provider. This confirmed that the problem was not with our list, but with Brevo's system.In an attempt to rectify the situation, I requested specific rejection codes from Brevo multiple times. These codes are essential for tracing the issue, but Brevo refused to provide them. This lack of transparency and support left us out of pocket for something that was clearly their mistake.Overall, Brevo's inability to deliver emails effectively, coupled with poor customer support and unjust account suspension, led to a significant loss of time and money for our business. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative email service providers to avoid similar issues.

I received my credit, and I want to acknowledge their effort in resolving the matter.I believe in encouraging good customer service, and now that the issue is behind us, I’ve started shopping with them again. If you keep reading reviews, you'll see the same scripted replies from AliExpress over and over. They escalate to a so-called "high senior team" that does absolutely nothing.Shopping with them is fine—until something goes wrong. Their support is terrible when it comes to standing behind products or their platform. Temu has similar issues, but at least their return process and customer service are better.My recommendation: dispute the charge through your credit card. Buyers, use caution.

The newspaper itself is an excellent piece of material. They cover a broad span of topics in an even fashion with little bias or impassioned language. However, I can't recommend their subscription service because it's absolutely horrendous. To cancel your subscription theres no way to actually do it yourself. I had to email their customer service to get it done. And the very day they got back to me was the same day they charged me their recurring fee for the subscription I wanted to cancel.

I booked my place end of January, paid in advance. 4 days before my departure, I got an email message from the VRBO the accommodation has been cancelled! You can imagine all the stress (it was a working trip). After 2 days writing on the VRBO chat service and calling them in US (basically I have spent a fortune to call them) the poor reply was to book again another accommodation within the Expedia network. In this way I could be able to been covered by their Book with Confidence Program. What a scam!!! So I have paid more than twice the original price, and so far no refunds!!! Also it's impossible to contact them via email cause always coming back the message: this email address it's not longer monitored. Very very poor Company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLATFORM!!! EXPEDIA TOO!!!
