Title: Customer Service Knows How to Pretend — But Not How to Process ReturnsI returned an item worth around $16 to Bed Bath & Beyond and followed all instructions. Yet, customer service acted as though they couldn’t grasp the concept of a return — despite tracking, proof, and repeated outreach. No refund. No explanation. Just blank stares and feigned confusion. With time and compounded frustration, that $16 has become TEN MILLION DOLLARS in emotional damages (give or take)! At this point, I’m owed more than just a refund — I’m owed dignity and maybe a class-action lawsuit.Bottom line: Bed Bath & Beyond, you’ve got some serious rethinking to do. Until then, I’m taking my business — and my imaginary billions — elsewhere.

In times where everyone is depending on the internet service as one of the most fundamentals to keep going with life, and even paying for this service on monthly basis, it's unacceptable that the quality is still so low and not even stable. During the last month our internet has fallen out EVERY DAY on working times and not coming back for hours. We are paying for this, as we pay for electricity or anything else, but there is absolutely no other service that takes so much and gives back SO LITTLE in return. Customer service throws you to a dummy tutorial on to how to unplug and plug router again (come on ...) or to a chatbot machine that will just drive you insane and waste your time without solving anything. This is literally the worst internet service provider you can ever get.

I purchased Wii points so that I could download a Virtual Console game from the Wii Shop. I was trying to download an old Mario game that I used to own, and accidentally downloaded the wrong version. I contacted Customer Support hoping that I could return the game and exchange it for the correct product, but they wouldn't even consider it. They simply said they do not allow returns and quoted something about Terms of Service. What kind of company cares SO LITTLE about customer service that they won't do something as simple as exchanging a digital download at no monetary loss to themselves? I don't have a lot of disposable income and was biting my nails about spending the money to begin with, so this was quite a blow to morale and a huge disappointment in the Nintendo company. I've always liked their games but I guess they really just don't give a flying fig about the people that support them and made them what they are today.

Review of eBay
I have requested to close my eBay account more then 40 days ago. The channel didn't not told me when an item was sold, therefore I decided to close the account. I didn't imagine why takes so long to close an account with zero activity. Additional my personal data i.e. is at risks including my personal address and data of birth. There is no much I could have done to tell this entity to close my account. Totally illegal but compliant with their policy

BEWARE When ordering online, using your credit card or debit card. The company will SAVE your credit/debit card to their system and will not allow you to remove your financial banking privacy info without having to go through literal hell to have it removed. No company IN EARTH, should take advantage of you and keep your information ie BANKING unless you specify you want it saved to their site. It took me over 5 hours of talking to chat via phone (who btw are SOURCED out to Asia) where they are unhelpful useless ID.IOTS! They will take your money meanwhile taking away JOBS FROM AMERICANS. I have to wait over 2 weeks before I get a reply letting me know if they will approve to remove my financial banking from their site. HAVE YOU READ THAT? They now OWN MY PERSONAL INFO AND HAVE HELD MY BANKING PERSONAL DETAILS HOSTAGE. This is A CRIMINAL COMPANY, BUYER BEWARE!

Review of LinkedIn
Linkedin killed my account of 10+ years with a bunch of connections and I've no idea why besides the fact I rarely use it if I can avoid it. Bot/copy and paste responses that made me feel like I'd done something wrong, even though I categorically hadn't. "Appeals" amount to them responding in the negative when you simply ask "huh - why?!" or actually appealing by saying you literally have no idea what you've done (because you don't), but you really need the account for work, et al. Submitting ID proof goes nowhere - I've had easier times with banks and security clearance, and at least I got access at the end of those processes. In a word=ridiculous. They're killing it, but not in a good way. The most unprofessional professional networking tool out there and to be perfectly honest, we're worth a lot more than this rubbish. The only heartening thing I've got from all this is that it's not just me falling victim to this nonsense, not that I'd wish this stress on other people. Utterly daft. All I know is I can't keep begging a Nazibot to let me back in, so I'll have to look somewhere else for my toxic positivity and fake job ads, boo.
