She applied for the job, did the phone interview, and lied and pretended like she was en route just to ignore my calls and not show up. Do not book with her she’s unprofessional and unreliable.

Today is my wife's birthday, one of those big numbers. I ordered her present well in advance and paid for expedited delivery just to make sure it arrived on time. It should have arrived 2 days ago. It has been out for delivery for the last 4 days. So today, her birthday, no present. She thinks I've forgotten but I haven't. I contacted Amazon but the poor support person could only apologise. What should have been a happy day is not thanks to AmazonUPDATE: Amazon has refunded the full price I paid for my wife's gift knowing that it is still in transit. Eventually her gift arrived, the courier had also dropped the ball. Lesson learned: order important items will in advance

My experience with Facebook has become increasingly difficult and frustrating to say the least! Originally posted some high ticketed profile/name brand clothing names on MarketPlace, were denied because somehow not allowed?, explanation extremely poor, I then closed my account. Recently tried Re-opening account because of MarketPlace, received request from DuckDuckGo engine search provider requesting MY location outside of using their app.-Not okay with me-They overstepped requesting my location which I originally provided to them! I Do Not Feel Safe With Any App Requesting My Location, My Right! Recently attempted to re-open, was then denied. They want full control of all ALL your personal information, This is a Red Flag and Not Safe!

I can see most reviews are 1 star, which is no wonder. It's impossible to close an account!!! I contacted their support who is not able to provide the right answers to my worries because the system wants to charge me extra money for having extra contacts. I then deleted the contacts but the number doesn't disappear. I resolved a supposedly account issue and nothing changed. I can't still delete or pause my account because there is a paywall.

Due to getting my phone stolen, (losing my 2FA ability) I've been locked out of my discord one I've had for years. I am told I can not recover it. Ok fine. However I am still paying for nirto plus, and wish for it to be cancelled now. Their customer service has been useless so far. I've gotten bounced around, no answers all the while I am still paying for a service I can not use. They have also told me they will not refund me. One of the most disgusting customer service experiences I have ever had. They are also very difficult to get in touch with had to go through email twitter and Facebook. Still not sorted. My next step will just to block the charge on my card. Utterly appalling. If I could give less than 1 I would.

Really Disappointed – Rigid Policy, No Customer CareI’ve been a loyal ASOS customer for years, but this latest experience has completely changed how I feel about the brand.I tried to return multiple unworn items - still in their original packaging - just one day after the 28-day return window. I only kept one dress that fit, and the others were just backup options and didn’t even come out of their plastic bags. I’ve been away and didn’t get a chance to sort the return in time.Despite explaining all of this, ASOS refused to help. No flexibility, no goodwill gesture, not even a credit note. Just a cold response quoting the T&Cs repeatedly from Rohit. What makes it worse is that ASOS was a day late delivering my previous order - despite me paying for next-day delivery and receiving confirmation it would arrive on time. Because of that delay, the parcel was dumped in my bin, and sat there for nearly a week while I was on holiday.So they’re allowed to be late, but I get penalised for being one day late with a return? I’ve asked for this to be escalated, but I fully expect another copy-paste reply quoting the policy.Really poor customer service. It’s not about policy - it’s about people. ASOS has clearly lost sight of that.
