I had high hopes for Brevo.com because they offer a good set of tools for email campaigns. Unfortunately, my experience with them was nothing short of frustrating. When we sent our first campaign, a significant number of emails were rejected. Determined to resolve the issue, we meticulously reviewed our email list and even used a validation service to ensure there were no bad addresses.Despite our efforts, when we sent the campaign again, only two messages bounced, yet Brevo shut down the entire campaign, suspended our account, and kept all our money. This was incredibly disappointing.To verify the integrity of our email list, we tried another email service provider. The same emails that bounced with Brevo were sent without any issues using the new provider. This confirmed that the problem was not with our list, but with Brevo's system.In an attempt to rectify the situation, I requested specific rejection codes from Brevo multiple times. These codes are essential for tracing the issue, but Brevo refused to provide them. This lack of transparency and support left us out of pocket for something that was clearly their mistake.Overall, Brevo's inability to deliver emails effectively, coupled with poor customer support and unjust account suspension, led to a significant loss of time and money for our business. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative email service providers to avoid similar issues.
