Here's hoping for smoother experiences moving forward.I ordered a $6 screwdriver on February 12, and I still haven't received it. It's well past the estimated delivery time. AliExpress refuses to honor their buyer protection and keeps adding another 10-day waiting period. It's been months now.Still nothing but same scrip everyone gets. If you keep reading reviews, you'll see the same scripted replies from AliExpress over and over. They escalate to a so-called "high senior team" that does absolutely nothing.Shopping with them is fine—until something goes wrong. Their support is terrible when it comes to standing behind products or their platform. Temu has similar issues, but at least their return process and customer service are better.My recommendation: dispute the charge through your credit card. Buyers, use caution.
