I have been a Binance user for years, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. My withdrawals have been disabled for over 30 days, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I keep getting generic responses with no real solution.I unknowingly sent funds to an address that was blacklisted, and Binance froze my account. I have provided all necessary evidence, including videos and chat logs, proving that I had no malicious intent. However, my case is still "under review" .I have Google Authenticator 2FA enabled, and my account is completely secure. I have been using the same device for 4-5 years. Yet, Binance refuses to let me access my funds.This lack of transparency and endless delays are unacceptable.
