Review of philips
I wanted to buy the Philips 5500 Latte go, that does hot and cold drinks. I went to the website and they had it at a discounted price of £456.99 - I added it to my basket and went to proceed with purchase - however I luckily noticed in the basket it had added the 5400 model instead!!! A cheaper, lower spec model. So I deleted it and tried again, the same thing happened. I even tried on another browser and it kept doing the same thing. I contacted Philips who’s reply was that it was was not available in the UK and the site may be having technical issue and I should try someone like John Lewis, Curry's or Sainsbury's! I replied to say that I wanted the 5500 at the price quoted. If it's available with those suppliers - then it's available in the UK and can they not help me buy it at the price quoted. I never got a response. I called them a while later to follow up on their lack of reply and again repeated the incident, they found the case number and said they'd investigate. They came back again saying there was no technical issue now and that it can be added to the basket for £649.99 and purchased. So magically it’s now available in the UK and yet at a much higher price. I had screen shots of the UK website quoting £456.99 and proof of it being added it to the basket on the same page - clearly showing the model slected and the model added to basket - the 5400 - all within the same screen shot. They still ignored this and refused to help me or even honour it.So if not a technical issue, as they claimed all is ok on their site in my second attempt to complain, it means they must of been hoping I would not notice originally and wanted to sell a lower model instead of the one selected - deceitful.I replied to their response and never hear back again. Philips was always a household name I had known and purchased in the past - however their lack of customer support, the lack of accepting their error and lack of willingness to honour and assist - just goes to show they have lowered their standard considerably and thus I would not want to purchase any high ticket item from them, or any item for that matter. If this is how they are prior to even purchasing, imagine how the after care would be. Shame on you Philips. I took time and effort to contact you - you ignore - then you come back with unacceptable excuses and then you ignore the customer. Appauling.

Review of bestbuy
I ordered a product from Best Buy 2 days ago. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It was picked up by a Roadie driver and has been at the location where he went after picking it up for almost 24 hours. Best Buy’s best solution is to escalate and I will hear something in 2-3 days and then they can reship and I can receive in 3-5 more days. Really for a product I wanted in 24 hrs. Will never order from Best Buy for delivery again. Amazon will suffice.

Purchased a Samsung microwave 6 months ago and problems from day one. Called Best Buy and sent me to Samsung, Samsung sent me to Best Buy. The microwave was one of the last of this type available and was on sale. We are guessing that Best Buy was aware it was a faulty product but chose to sell it anyway instead of going back to the maker to fix it. The fan sounds like a tractor on speed 1 and now we are getting an rh-1 code show up randomly. Previous to this I also had problems with a cell phone contract I purchased through them. Best Buy sucks and we will no longer purchase anything in the future from them. Avoid Best Buy, they are also an American company. Stay Canadian and keep away from Best Buy!
Review of aliexpress
Parcels lost and they won't refund!!!Both my parcels were lost, qeird because we are talking 2 exact same huge boxes.I got evidence of this and showed aliexpress through the chat as I knew then im entitled to refund for goods not received, Nope, They said they still cannot put it through! There is literally an excuse every single time despite showing proof of the agent at postal service stated its lost and to contact seller for refund! We had already told a solicitor last week as we started trying to resolve then and she has said that so so many people have same issue with them so she will now be representing us for refund as well as compensation as its fraud.

They cancelled booking on my birthday! They cancelled my booking before the provided deadline of payment and lieing blatantly about that! They leave no choices for me before BD as all other hotels are sold out.I emailed customer support, showed all screenshots and instead of accepting and apologise they lie and give me distorted facts such as time deadlines.

We have been customers for over 25 years. We have made ONE claim in those decades of on time premium payments for car and home. We had a question about the 20% increase they are trying to steal from us and other consumers. After 10 minutes of bouncing around their HUMAN FREE phone system we tracked down a phone number for a local "agent". We met her in her office. After 30 mins of change this add that delete this she saved us over $2.00 a month on our premiums (TWO policies - Auto and Home). Then she told us we could garner another 5% discount for the year by taking the Senior Driver Test on their site. She provided an invalid number to access the test. She failed to mention that a) The test costs $20 per person and b) it takes EIGHT HOURS. This is an affront to Seniors, pure discrimination. Want to know if I can still drive at 62 years old? Ask the DMV who renewed my license 6 months ago. This is meant to DISCOURAGE and DENY seniors any kind of rate reduction based on fewer miles driven daily and no tickets or accidents for decades. This is DISCRIMINATION intended to NOT provide any discount. EIGHT HOURS online? They don't even do that at their daily desk jobs. Where's our hourly wage reimbursement for spending an entire full time work day taking their test meant to reject customer requests for discounts based on their own driving history. They don't make 18 year old drivers, their most dangerous drivers, to take an EIGHT HOUR test to prove they can drive. DISCRIMINATION AND AGEISM. We are currently considering two other insurance carriers who DON'T discriminate against their best customers.

Awful website. Tried to set up an account to pay ULEZ and got an error over and over again. Then didn’t give me a customer Id. Then decided not to set up an account but just pay charge in advance. This has to be the most tacky and useless website I have seen for a long time. Not user friendly. Requested a receipt by both email and text, text never came through and email came later. This is an embarrassment for a company that charges the public so much money to travel in the place they live. Disgraceful, they should seriously invest some money on a decent and user friendly website. TFL needs to do a lot better

The Economist is the most through and objective news magazine available. It has a wide ranging world view and it is good to learn what others think of the United States.I like the magazine so well that I gave a subscription to my granddaughter to use in her debating group and with her school work.

The UI is atrocious and not user friendly. The site makes simple tasks much more complicated. I was trying to view data base tables, and was forced to scroll all the way down to the bottom of a embedded page just to move the table a little to the right. It is truly terrible if your school uses this site.

Review of smallpdf
The tools offered by Smallpdf are very useful, at a fraction of the cost of other platforms.Customer Support also was great. My issue was bureaucratic in nature and I received reply and a solution in one hour, better that can be said of ANY customer support I've ever interacted with.
