You could have a genuine issue with your account and they won’t help you. They will mark your ticket as solved before you even get a chance to reply. They are also able to delete your sent emails to them from your own email accounts point of view which is actually kinda weird to think about, they are very data driven and likely have so much information about you, they can force you to do phone verification to login without giving you the option to manually request your data or manually delete your account. They don’t follow GDPR and I’m surprised they haven’t been sued, despite offering a free service.

Dishonest in the way they censor reviews. They damage companies reputations by not allowing good reviews to show. When searching for a review service find one that is more ethical. There are numerous bad reviews of yelp out there. Do your research.

Came through to Ruth Q on Live Chat - who was extremely helpful and polite, knew exactly what she was doing and came back to me with confident solid answers to which I believe have helped advise me on the situation and being an avid gamer this is something I appreciate as I know what to expect and the results to come :) Ruth was also able to have a conversation with me as well, so I didn't feel as if she was scripting answers, which just adds to the customer service feel, so 5/5 from me!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------This was my original response to her service, until I realised what she had said was a basic lie, nothing which I was told came through.I'd rescind the review but I feel once I've posted it I should leave it hence my edit here.

I cannot CANCEL my subscription!! There is nowhere on the website which allows for cancellation and NO PHONE NUMBER to contact them. I had to ask ChatGPT (who said many people report this about this company!) just to find an email address and have had no reply!! I will have to contact my bank to block them taking my money. They just keep billing me. I am disgusted with this behaviour and I am now going to contact the ACCC if I have not have cancellation confirmation within 24hours. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Recently I experienced issues with the desktop software, unable to use it. I asked for help and a fixed version was sent to me! The developers were quick, and support was friendly and helpful.I've used this service for almost a decade and I've never lost files since! I look forward to continuing and would recommend it to anyone!
