Review of guitarcenter

Biggest fail ever on guitar center. HOW CAN YOU MESS UP LIKE THIS?!

I literally talked to the guitar center representative on the phone and through chat, I selected the exact guitar I wanted and then I called them because i couldnt get the discount code to work online, so he took over and supposedly took care of everything. Well, tonight I got online to check on my order and realized that the representative I spoke with SENT THE RIGHT GUITAR IN THE WRONG COLOR. I PAID EXTRA FOR 1 DAY SHIPPING. I AM SO BEYOND UPSET. SO FAR BEYOND UPSET. I cannot believe you can't talk to someone through chat, and even on the PHONE and they can STILL PUT YOUR ORDER IN WRONG. I WILL MEVER DO THIS AGAIN UNLESS I ORDER THINGS MYSELF. NOW I BET I WILL HAVE THE WORLDS BIGGEST HASSLE EVER TO GET THE GUITAR THAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED AND NOW IT WONT BE HERE FOR SEVERAL DAYS ALL BECAUSE SOMEONE DIDNT LISTEN TO ME OR PAY ATTENTION TO THE GUITAR I LITERALLY HAD IN MY CART!!!!!!! HOW DO YOU GET THAT WRONG?!!!??!

Review of getresponse

Get Response Rocks!

Get Response Rocks!

I LOVE Get Response for many reasons:
1. It’s easy to use
2. There is so much training on how to use the features (videos, guides, etc)
3. The customer service team is really responsive, professional and friendly
4. Get Response conveys that they want to help me be successful. An example of this is the 3 and 6 month challenge they’re running on how to build your list
5. The pricing is reasonable.
6. They have some great functionality that other CMS don’t (e.g. the Mobile preview of your newsletter, and the Live Global View – which lets you see who’s opening your newsletter real time )
7. I really like the app so I can check my stats when I’m out and about

My 1 main challenge is that they don’t yet have a way to automatically copy a name from one campaign to another (e.g. when someone opts into your Lead Magnet – which is a Specific-Campaign-X, I’d like them to automatically be added to my Master list, which is Specific-Campaign-Y).

Review of kickstarter

They should be called Scamstarter

I backed Livtab’s CyberOne project on Kickstarter in November 2022, with desks promised for February 2023. Now, in March 2025, I am still empty-handed and out about $1700. The campaign page remains active, misleading potential backers into thinking the project succeeded, while the reality is nothing but unfulfilled promises and a cascade of excuses. The creator, Shiran Han, hasn’t logged into their Kickstarter profile in over six months—a clear breach of Kickstarter’s requirements for regular updates. Instead of receiving official communications, backers are met with vague, off-the-cuff responses. My multiple contacts with Kickstarter Support have yielded only generic replies, such as:"I just want to re-confirm that we have received your report about this project, and our experts in project review, the Trust and Safety team will take action accordingly."This response offers no tangible resolution or refund, leaving us with nothing but excuses. Meanwhile, Livtab ran an Indiegogo campaign for the same desk and is now selling the CyberOne on livtab.com. Three years of delays and misleading updates suggest a deliberate strategy to string us along rather than deliver on their promises. After backing over 20 projects on Kickstarter, this experience has forced me to reassess my trust in the platform. The system is clearly failing backers when accountability is most needed. I can no longer recommend Kickstarter to those who value transparency and follow-through.Kickstarter needs to address these systemic issues rather than offer vague assurances. Until then, I will refrain from backing future projects on their platform.

Review of samsung

I purchased a microwave from Samsung on…

I purchased a microwave from Samsung on November 28, 2024, with the intention of surprising my wife for Christmas. The excitement of gifting her a new kitchen appliance turned to frustration when the unit finally arrived on December 2, 2024. Due to the holiday season, we decided to keep it under wraps until December 21, when the contractor was scheduled to install it above the range. To our dismay, it became clear that the microwave we had received was actually a countertop model, not the over-the-range unit we had intended. Unfortunately, this realization came just three days after the December 17 return window had closed, leaving us in a difficult situation. In an effort to rectify the mistake, I spent hours navigating through customer service, speaking with various representatives who repeatedly placed me on hold, only to inform me that the return window had already lapsed. As a long-term loyal customer of Samsung, my frustration grew, and I felt compelled to request to speak with a supervisor who could make an exception to allow us to exchange the unit for the correct model. I was hopeful that my loyalty to the brand would be acknowledged, yet I was met with disappointment when my request was denied. I truly expected better from Samsung, a company that I've trusted for years, and their lack of willingness to support a loyal customer left me feeling disheartened about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

It is obvious that this third party site, as well as the user reposting it to BoardGameGeek, do not possess a copy of the instruction booklet as none of the information posted is in the instruction booklet. The webpage for this game also contains a image of a pirated copy of my game.I removed the false information from the description and added captions to the images stating that the image should be removed for copyright infringement.BoardGameGeek's response was to accuse me of vandalism, ban be from editing again, and the restoration of the false information.BoardGameGeek engages in copyright theft, doxing, the encouragement of piracy and the publication of false and unverified information.

10/10 Would Use Again

I reached out and within minutes had a customer service representative on the phone discussing my needs. Jeffrey was not only helpful but genuinely cared about me and my company's needs and requirements in software. He was able to schedule a few demos and the other companies got in touch with me immediately. Very clear, well organized, and concise information was sent to me detailing more about each software brand. Could not ask for better help throughout this software selection process. Available within minutes if I had a question or concern. Really the best solution to not get overwhelmed.

Review of seatgeek

If hell was a ticket experience

If hell was a ticket experience, Satan would be SeatGeek.Tl;dr: Didn’t receive tickets we ordered. SeatGeek not willing to apply their own refund policy on replacement tickets, as described on their “Why was I offered replacement tickets” page under “Can I get different replacement tickets than what was offered?”.I purchased 3 tickets in Section 208, row 19 for Anyma’s 3/1 show at the Sphere on SeatGeek (1/30). If you’re unfamiliar with Anyma, he’s a melodic techno producer who uses massive visuals that have become the hallmark of his performances. If there’s one thing you’re going for, it’s not to see Anyma (who stands on a small stage), but for his visuals. This is not the type of show where being closer to the stage is an upgrade. After forking over a small fortune, I noticed a few days later the entire row where we bought seats on was available on Ticketmaster (official event reseller). How can every seat be available on a row we bought 3 tickets on? I contacted SeatGeek with screenshots and links asking to clarify the situation. I did this multiple times as the show neared (our entire row remained available on Ticketmaster for weeks). All I got were “it’s going to be okay, you’ll get your tickets” replies from SeatGeek’s customer service. When you invest thousands of dollars in tickets, the least you expect from a company selling them to you is to make sure they sold what they claimed to. This raised questions of ticket authenticity, reseller trustworthiness and SeatGeek’s trustworthiness.I called Ticketmaster support who also confirmed the entire row was still available for sale. I notified SeatGeek of this. Again, no meaningful response. All I got were “don’t worry, you’re going to get your tickets” and a “we’ll look into it” that never materialized into an explanation.I requested a SeatGeek supervisor multiple times. No turnaround time could be provided for one to reach out and I never heard back from a supervisor over the 3+ weeks since requesting one.Lo and behold, 10 days before the show (2/21), I received a Ticketmaster transfer email showing 3 tickets on a different row than purchased. We were moved from row 19 to row 14. Not only were the replacement tickets closer to the screen (a drawback with this type of show as I explained above), but tickets on row 14 were considerably cheaper on SeatGeek than seats on the row we purchased, row 19. On the day I received the ticket transfer email (which I never accepted), row 14 tickets were going for $383 each, while seats on the row we purchased, row 19, were going for $1,295 each. Even SeatGeek’s own website was confirmation we were getting lower value seats. After contacting SeatGeek again, they replied there was nothing they could do about the price difference, the replacement tickets were within 5 rows, an “upgrade” because they were closer, and sales were final. This is where the bad faith lies. SeatGeek’s own policy on replacement tickets, mentioned above, clearly reads “Our first priority is to make sure that you see the event and our team of Event Experts will work with you to find the right replacement tickets. If you're not happy with the replacement tickets that are offered, we will offer you options for a refund for your order.”The SeatGeek page in question does not mention any conditions. Yet, after mentioning this page to SeatGeek, they responded aside, mentioning sales are final and they can offer replacement tickets within 5 rows of those purchased. How could sales be final if they have a refund policy in the event of replacement tickets? I got crickets when I pointed this out. Moreover, mentioning seats are within five rows of those purchased is irrelevant. SeatGeek’s refund policy does not stipulate any exceptions. There is nothing saying tickets can only be refunded if replacement seats are beyond five rows. It plainly states what was pasted above. Conclusion: I didn’t accept the lower value and lower quality replacement tickets and still haven’t heard back from a supervisor.Stay away from SeatGeek. The way they do business is incompetent, misleading and in bad faith.
