There are many Problems with a campaign (Astroslide 5G) I backed in August 2020. The product still hasn't arrived. In addition the campaign owner completely fails to communicate with the backers. Campaign updates are as rare as every 2 month at the moment despite the promise of weekly updates. Campaign owner violates violates indigogo-terms regarding the fulfillment of communication tasks. The Astroslide 5g is more than 2 years overdue. But except some rarely occuring updates (once every 6 to 10 weeks) containing false promises and unimportant information this campaign completely lacks any communication with the people who gave their money to get the campaign startet.Despite these violations Indigogo doesn't do anything regarding those issues. Indigogo knows about the issues with the Astroslide5g-Campaign but it seems that they doesn't care at all. We Backers are completely on our own and and there is no one we can adress with theses issues. Indigogo should protect users from any fraud or scame happening on their side. But they do nothing. Shame on you.

Been working with Shopify the past 7 years, never had issues until this year. For many different reasons1- The love to go back to shipped packages after months and readjusting the shipping fees, like if the merchant won’t notice and is stealing our money and over charging us without our permission. 2- There is no more customer service You can call in for any issues or help, extremely annoying even after we pay thousands for their service on a monthly basis.3-They are now constantly putting my account on hold for review for no apparent reason and holding funds for weeks! To get a email update takes 3-5 business days without an actual update. I am trying to find another merchant that I can be able to carry my business with, effortlessly and stress free. Does anyone have any recommendations? I appreciate it

Terrible platform with terrible customer service! I bought two items from the same seller. I received one, but not the other. I tried contacting the seller, but he had deleted his account. I raised a ticket, and customer service said they were on it and that the seller was given 48 hours to reply. If he didn't, I would get a refund. 48 hours later, they closed the ticket, claiming the problem was resolved, which it wasn’t! I raised a new ticket, and customer service told me again that I needed to wait 48 hours. They even blamed me for being impatient, insisting they needed to be fair to everyone. They're being fair to a seller who didn’t send my item and disappeared, but not to me! Unbelievable!

Of the slew of terrible telecommunications companies, Google Fi has the distinction of being the absolute worst. Their customer support team will lie, stall, put you on endless holds, pretend to connect you to a supervisor who never materializes, and dutifully take your money without providing a phone or phone service. My phone stopped working a week ago, I have device protection (which, it turns out, is worthless and a waste of money) and was told a replacement device was being shipped to me via overnight delivery. The device has still not shipped as far as I can tell. The tracking details say I will need to sign for the shipment but can't tell me when it will arrive. After at least a dozen calls to Customer Support (several of which ended in the rep disconnecting the call when I asked for some type of remediation), I have learned that Google has washed their hands entirely of this shipment and that I need to take it up with UPS. So now I have no idea when or if I will ever receive my phone. Canceling this service asap. I would rather eat the cost of the phone than deal with these snakes ever again. They are truly maddening and worthless.

GOG is a great and vital game store. GOG do a very important job, by supporting old games, and providing games without DRM. I bought several games during last years, and have no problems, always have a very good experience with the store. The Galaxy client works well for me too.

Add back in the ability to change auto renew status on their own website. It is 100% predatory to not allow your customers to manage their auto renew on your website. They will reply to this with a link to a website that does not work. The options under subscriptions are not available anymore because they have changed the website. This is completely not okay. Someone who is not computer savvy will end up paying for this for the rest of their life and even after they are dead the way this is setup. Completely unacceptable. It needs to be changed or I feel, that not matter how good Bitdefender antivirus is, it is a predatory group out there who is going to take your money whether you are using their services or not. This is paramount to stealing and they should be sued over it.
