I can't get a refund. I canceled last year because they jacked up price. I had the personal. Free then it went to $129.00 that's when I canceled. I got charged again for $129 for this year. I have put in a ticket heard an acknowledgement but that is all. I hate evernote. Good in beginning.

I'm beyond disappointed in CBC news! I've kept reaching out to them for help with my story about police/doctor misconduct. I understand that the reporters are very busy however after my last email to them about the police misconduct I was shocked when I got a reply saying, if you feel you're in danger go to your local police department.....my local police department are the problem!! I've made this very clear to CBC news so, why on earth would they tell me to go to my local police department??!! Something is very wrong with this! My trust in CBC is gone! If you can't help with a story then at least notify the person so they can take their story else where!

Never mind the telephone reviews, that's expected of Telstra but why does it take 5 or 6 times to get logged in to my account online? Seriously in this day and era of digital technology, it should be fast and easy to get into your digital account! Bloody ridiculous! I really give no stars and a big fat raspberry along with it!!

I was temporarily banned for "going too fast". I thought this would last only for 24 - 48 hours but it has been several days since this "temporary" ban has been put in place. I get that FaceBook has this policy to prevent spammers or other malcontents from using the site but there is no reason why I should have been penalized when all I was guilty of was "going too fast" when it came to trying to access an account that I forgot the password of.
