This is a site that obviously does not verify that an event is legitimate or not, they are just willing to take your money and run.We purchased tickets to a Christmas market that showed German style huts with vendors selling Christmas crafts, ornaments and lots of food. There were to be dozens of them. Instead we found a very small flea market. When I asked about the photos in the advertisement they said it was stock photos. They refused to refund any money.They are fraudulent!!!! I will NEVER use Eventbrite and I will tell everyone to stay clear. I can’t imagine how these people can sleep at night, knowing that they are lying and stealing.

I decided to go with AAA because of their benefits. A few months in, my car won't start at home and I called AAA. The agent arranged a driver to come by and he also changed the battery. Everyone was friendly and polite. Later, got an offer to buy accidental insurance with no medical exam for only $15 a month. Accident can happen anywhere, anytime so why not?

I have been calling for 3 days to get a jump start on my battery. Fortunately, my car is at home. They keep calling and pushing back the time. Last night I canceled the request. They gave me a time after 7 pm after already waiting 3 hours. I still had to drive to the autoparts store to get my battery replaced (it was still under warranty). I have been waiting for 1 hour. The driver called and said ETA 18 minutes. I am canceling my membership and will make sure I let others know if they're considering AAA.

After asking a question, I was shutdown for not already knowing the answer. It is a very unhelpful site. ChatGPT gave me the answer in seconds, and I could even ask qualify or clarify questions to its original response with the right level of detail for me. Seems to me, that with ChatGPT stackoverflow is obsolete!

Keeps redownloading my playlists.This has been apparently an issue for nearly 8 years with various users but they sweep it under with general responses and won't fix their bugs.The files are all there but it keeps downloading them anyway.All responses now are bots. The moment any company starts using bots to reply to everything they are on their way down as you can never raise an issue.

Super simple install of Windows 11 Arm64 on Apple silicon. Excellent graphics performance (3D support), and seamless integration of file systems (i.e. Windows mapped drives to folders in MacOS). I have been a VMware Fusion user for many years and was reluctant to switch but felt that new Apple silicon Processor Unit (APU) forced my hand when Windows 11 was super difficult to install and, even after getting it installed, still complained about audio drivers and had _terrible_ graphics performance. Compared to running Win11 in Parallels with one click and then installing Steam and being able to play the latest 3D games as though they were natively installed on bare metal!My purchase also came with a bunch of extra tools (Parallels Toolbox) and some of them have been useful as well (toolbar overflow, multi-clipboard, etc) but the the "killer app" for me is really just Parallels Desktop.

Wasted time with a rider that did not come out of his home for ride. Wait time on the app rolled over twice. made two phone call attempts. I had to cancel yet left app says if I cancel the trip I will not get paid. No chat support available whenever I need to dispute an incident, only number for support I get is for animal mess complaint, not making this up! Also when I login on my pc the app asked for an old drivers license from Ga and Currently live in TN. all my documents are updated. So basically Lyft is stealing driving fees, will not accept contact from drivers and will not update current information on their app platform. Fees are too low for long trips, which I drive a Chevy Tahoe and customer are surprise to get this type of vehicle for low price.

The FT did a good job initially by reporting that the Royal Charter professional body the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) were ruled by a British Court to have breached the Equality Act race discrimination in giving British actuaries only 2 exam opportunities a year compared to 4 for Indian nationals. Sadly however the FT didn't follow up with more stories about IFoA.

Emigrating to the USA.23+ years with Amex, 5 star credit, spend annual £30,000+ . Requested Gold Card in the USA, have Green Card, but still awaiting Social Security number. Informed “no problem” in the U.K. so requested today in NYC. Amex informed that no SSN yet. No problem was answer from 2 advisors. 30 minute application on phone with pleasant lady.Application made on the phone. DECLINED 😡Reason - NO social security numberHow disorganised is this company having informed them with same reply x3 times by 3 different advisors that SSN not needed.Amex used to be one of my favourites of all companies. But this is a joke. Tell me it can’t be done without an SSN but don’t put me through this farce, it was pathetic. Final assistant, hearing my POLITE frustration about a waste of time in making a wasted application told me it was not right to be rude and put the phone down. Sorry Amex, you need to get your act together. Shame I like being a loyal Amex member. 🇺🇸🇺🇸

@hollisterco @abercrombie is allowing an easily proven fraudulent online order to go through and charge my card. They won't stop the order and refund my money!!! They won't accept.my sending them proof of who I am and the photo of my card. Their help dept essentially said I am screwed?!?! The order can be stopped!! Is this really the type of company you want to do business with?! How many other people has a preventable thing like this happened to?! That is slimy, I get we are all hurting right now, but to let an order through so you make the buck after you have been made aware the order is fraudulent is skeezy to say the least. I am so disgusted. I am so disappointed and I will never shop Abercrombie ever again. My bank has been a nightmare to deal with as well. I am so stressed from this.

Um ein erweitertes Bewusstsein zu schaffen, postete ich diesbezüglich einen Auschnitt aus der traurigen Realität als sensibler, enttäuschter Mann, um psychosoziale Dynamiken bewusst zu machen und um zum Nchdenken anzuregen - aber anscheinend leben wir in einer Welt, in der es nur noch um Sex, Power, Gewalt und Egoismus geht. Alle Postings wurden umgehend gelöscht, entgegen des Meinungsfreiheitsgesetzes Art. 13 StGG…Ich finde, der Standard polarisiert zunehmend die Gesellschaft, und lässt einer Großzahl von Menschen absolut keinen Rum um sich zu äußern. Der Standard zeigt somit absolut kein Verständnis für gesellschaftliche Tabuthemen wie psychische Erkrankungen, wobei laut österreichischem Psychologenverband 39% der Österreicher*innen an einer psychischen Erkrankung leiden, was in vielen Fällen genau daraus entsteht, was der Standard promiskuitiv polemisiert.Unterdrückung der Verletzten und Unterdrückten lautet der Standard!Wo bleibt die Solidrität, die Hilfsbereitschaft, das Verständnis, die Toleranz, die Bereitschaft nachzudenken und seinen Verstand einzuschalten???

Die Artikel sind ab und zu gut, meist aber merkt man eine Schlagseite. Ganz besonderer Kritikpunkt ist aber das Forum. Ich hab in all den Jahren in denen ich mich in Foren bewege, gut 20, noch nie eines gesehen, das derart schlecht moderiert wurde. Willkürliche Löschungen und Sperren. Was der eine Mod stehen lässt, löscht aber dann der nächste. Es ist die reine Willkür.
