I had to cancel yet left app says if I cancel the trip I will not get paid. No chat support available whenever I need to dispute an incident, only number for support I get is for animal mess complaint, not making this up! Also when I login on my pc the app asked for an old drivers license from Ga and Currently live in TN. all my documents are updated. So basically Lyft is stealing driving fees, will not accept contact from drivers and will not update current information on their app platform. Fees are too low for long trips, which I drive a Chevy Tahoe and customer are surprise to get this type of vehicle for low price.
