Keeps redownloading my playlists.This has been apparently an issue for nearly 8 years with various users but they sweep it under with general responses and won't fix their bugs.The files are all there but it keeps downloading them anyway.All responses now are bots. The moment any company starts using bots to reply to everything they are on their way down as you can never raise an issue.
