@hollisterco @abercrombie is allowing an easily proven fraudulent online order to go through and charge my card. They won't stop the order and refund my money!!! They won't accept.my sending them proof of who I am and the photo of my card. Their help dept essentially said I am screwed?!?! The order can be stopped!! Is this really the type of company you want to do business with?! How many other people has a preventable thing like this happened to?! That is slimy, I get we are all hurting right now, but to let an order through so you make the buck after you have been made aware the order is fraudulent is skeezy to say the least. I am so disgusted. I am so disappointed and I will never shop Abercrombie ever again. My bank has been a nightmare to deal with as well. I am so stressed from this.
