I have been calling for 3 days to get a jump start on my battery. Fortunately, my car is at home. They keep calling and pushing back the time. Last night I canceled the request. They gave me a time after 7 pm after already waiting 3 hours. I still had to drive to the autoparts store to get my battery replaced (it was still under warranty). I have been waiting for 1 hour. The driver called and said ETA 18 minutes. I am canceling my membership and will make sure I let others know if they're considering AAA.
