Sad to see so many people have had issues as I’ve always had positive experiences of Amex. I am in the U.K. Most recently I had no luck with sorting a refund via a retailer for over a month, Amex, via chat on the app (so no lengthy waiting on the phone) sorted this in minutes with no queries. I’ve found their chat service available on the U.K. app to consistently be good- quick to respond and always resolves my queries in full. Wish this level of service was experienced by all Amex users as it’s what keeps me with this card
