There is a good selection of audio books and compared to purchasing each book individually, the cost is not bad. I regularly have problems with playback. If I download a book, the audio will skip forward intermittently. I now can only stream the book I want to listen to. Sometimes even this has issues with the books loading.Update: After another playback issue, I cannot listen to the book at all. I contacted support days ago and have not yet received any response other than an automated message.
Review of huffingtonpost
The Huffington post is the most pathetic excuse for news and a grand proliferator of fake news. It is obvious that their twisted political agenda motivates them to misinform the public with intentionally altered snippets of statements. They have lost all credibility and I am sorry to even accidentally stumble upon one of their garbage written articles. After recognizing it for garbage and lies I looked at the author and to no surprise it was the Huffington post.

Once recognized for my 8+ years of highest tier status. Although I don’t expect status specific customer experience, since 2020 no status or any status has any meaning. Ive traveled cross country, vacationed, and staycationed the past 18 months...company/franchise wide customer -appreciation has fallen off a cliff.
Review of garmin
Truly dreadful. Ages to get in touch, had to give multiple prompts, keep having to repeat myself banal canned responses. My 4 year old forerunner 310XT stopped working, cost a lot. Ok, I accept it's out of warranty, fine but it's broken and I wanted it fixed. Their solution is to send it to them, not repair it but pay them another £85 and they'll send another one within 2 weeks but only guaranteed for 90 days. My problem is that the fault seems a very common one and I'm not keen on throwing good money after bad.All my communication with them felt like they weren't interested, didn't care and wanted me to stop bothering them.Sounds to me that they are "selling" worthless old stock, for £85, without having to give the normal 1yr guarantee. Has made me question why I'd bother with Garmin or a GPS watch, my phone does it just as well (actually picks up GPS better than my Garmin ever did) and my 'normal' Suunto watch had a stopwatch on it which will do the job. Sad and disappointed.
Review of fineartamerica
My wife recently purchased a Dodge Durango SRT, which she loves. I have a Challenger SRT widebody Scat Pack and belong to a car club, so I figured she'd like a Dodge T-shirt or tank top to wear to events. While Dodge menswear is plentiful, tanks and tees specifically for women are not. Enter Fine Art America, which had a plenty of tops to choose from. I purchased two and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality, fit, and graphics. My wife has worn one or the other just about every day since receiving them (and they look dang good on her, too). I intend to use Fine Art America again and would highly recommend them!

Review of wellsfargo
After 20 years, moved all our business to another bank. Service is non-existent. Over a month later, everyone still has excuses for why they can't manage to open a new bank account FOR AN EXISTING BUSINESS CUSTOMER. After being so fed up that local bank won't respond for 10 days, then tell you to go online, then the forms online don't work.... finally moving all three of our businesses to another bank. After filing a BBB complaint, I received a condescending letter than they were doing their best and my complaints were dismissed. Spoke to the representative who basically stated that "I can't do anything to expedite opening an account." In addition to their multiple settlements with state and federal authorities in recent years, it is obvious that this is a bank on the decline. I could not provide a stronger recommendation AGAINST using Wells Fargo for any reason.

It took me three agents to finally get help. Basically just told, "we're not equipped to handle cancellations or refunds." And then I'd say, "what department is?" Like... ffs–it's a cancellation... It really can't be that hard. The amount of times I was tone policed, shamed, and told my request was unrealistic is appalling. They're lucky they got addicting games, cause their support, online system, and customer service are absolute pieces of shaming sh!t....
Review of klarna
Like many, I was drawn to Klarna for its convenience. However, after a deep look at their security, I've concluded that this convenience is achieved by making a cynical and dangerous trade-off: Klarna's entire security model operates on the assumption that its users are incapable of handling real security. This philosophy is not just flawed; it's disrespectful to every person who trusts them with their financial data. The problems are twofold:1. The "Front Door" is Unlocked: Their day-to-day security relies on a simple PIN and SMS text messages. In 2025, this is inexcusable "security theater." It is widely known to be vulnerable to common SIM-swap attacks, yet Klarna continues to use it, presumably because they believe offering modern, robust options like authenticator apps is too complex for their user base.2. The "Back Door" is Left Wide Open: Even worse is their account recovery. A criminal can bypass any security you have, including a modern Passkey, simply by using the "Forgot PIN" feature, which relies on a single, insecure SMS code. This highlights a foundational rule that Klarna chooses to ignore: An account's security is only as strong as its weakest recovery method. Theirs is one of the weakest imaginable. This brings me to the core issue: Why? Why do this when better solutions have existed for years? The only logical conclusion is that Klarna has decided it's better for business to treat its users as if they are stupid, rather than empowering them to be secure. They have chosen to accept a dangerously low security standard for everyone rather than trust their customers with best-in-class options.People in the tech community often wonder why consumers don't demand better security. My question is, why do companies like Klarna keep getting away with providing a service that is fundamentally insecure by design?I have reported these issues to Klarna directly. To anyone reading this: understand that when you use this service, you are being protected by the lowest possible security denominator because that is what Klarna has decided you can handle. Proceed with that knowledge.EDIT / UPDATE (June 11, 2025):Klarna has now replied to this review. As predicted, their response was a generic, templated message asking me to "chat with customer service."This response proves that they did not actually read or comprehend the critical security flaws detailed here and in emails. My report on their insecure account recovery architecture is not a standard customer service issue that a chatbot can resolve; it is a matter for their Security Architects and Product Leadership.By trying to funnel this serious feedback into a generic support queue, Klarna has only confirmed the core of my argument: they do not take user security seriously at a fundamental level. Their inadequate response should serve as a further warning to any potential user.

Review of ulta
I’ve been a very loyal ULTA customer for many years. I was totally ignored by ULTA and the property manager of the Midvale Store. This was a safety concern in which they made it clear after giving me the wrong information and telling me that they would get back in touch with me. After not hearing back from anyone it’s obvious that they don’t value the safety of their customers. I’m very disappointed on how I was treated. Nobody wanted to do anything about what was a validated safety hazard. The whole situation left another question of how much a person in good faith was treated by the businesses lack of taking responsibility.

Review of LinkedIn
LinkedIn is a rubbish company. My account was hacked and I contacted them. After 3 days they got back and asked me to upload government ID.This was somewhat comical, wanting me to upload an important document when security on their platform had already been proven compromised! Anyhow I did it! I have not heard from them since, 3 weeks ago despite them wanting to "help me gain access to my account as quickly as possible"!So if you must use them, be sure to switch on two-step verification and check password! Otherwise, just ditch them.
