I am a current UK customer and have been for many years. I recently switched from McAfee Total Protection to McAfee Family Advanced. The current software installation Family Advanced is unreliable in that the dashboard does not show a true reflection of the devices installed or protected. McAfee advise this is a known and an ongoing issue. Their tech support advise not to worry you can check each device individually, as the software is unreliable. I raised a technical Case #00658772 which was closed today without any resolution. This may be a profitable organisation but the latest software offering is more confusing and less clear than my previous experience and the Voice of the Customer does not appear to be heard by McAfee.
