Worst customer service ever, spoke with supervisor Isabell Breya regarding a monitor that was returned for a repair. Case CNN190416257846. LG issued a shipping label and the damaged monitor got lost, they are refusing to help and FedEx needs LG to file a claim as the shipping label was issued by LG. I called to see if LG would file a missing package claim with FedEx and I was told no.She was rude, lacked empathy and just plain nasty. Refused to help me with my concern and said write a letter to the CEO Joseph Yoo, she refused to let me speak with a manager. Do not buy a LG product, they are hell to deal with. Worst customer service ever experienced.

I am in the same boat as everyone else here. Payouts went on hold late May with a message stating they need 1-2 days to review my account. Every week since then I have reached out to customer service via shopify.com, Twitter, and IG. I've been told my ticket will be escalated and I've also been told that I'd receive confirmation emails from their team, which as you can guess, none of which ever happened. If you do your due diligence on Reddit, Twitter, IG, FB, etc. you will find the same complaints everywhere. Though I am only running my Shopify store as a side-gig, there are thousands of small and large businesses that are relying on Shopify as a main stream of income that are left with no choice but to put their entire business on pause or even worse, terminate them as a whole due to this issue. On top of that, the blatant lies/lack of ability to solve any actual problems by their "extremely active" support team has been the most frustrating thing for me. I have used many different ecomm platforms and have been excited to open up my first Shopify store. Shopify by far has the most user-friendly platform with the most integrated features. I have also been a huge fan of their founder Harley and the innovation he has made with this company. However, this payment hold issue alone, the nightmare it has been to try and get any answers, and the thought that my money has quite possibly been stolen by the company is enough to make me never open up another Shopify store again and I would steer anyone trying to open an ecommerce store away from using them.

Holiday Inn Corpus Christi-Downtown-My flight was delayed and i did not make it to Texas - i called the hotel and told them i would not make it and the woman at the front desk assured me she changed my reservation to check in the next night, when i got there after traveling and working all day i found they gave my room away and were sold out. i was informed that the reservation was not updated and was logged as a no show. i was astonished. the holiday inn had left me literally homeless with no where to stay --- everything in the area is sold out. as i stood there in tears at the desk counter for over a hour tying to find somewhere to sleep and shower no one would acknowledge the mistake they made and when they did the next day they would not comp me a couple of nights on my next trip. What BAD customer service. Who does that to someone.
