I booked an Uber per a relatives suggestion for a trip to the airport. I booked online unaware that using the Uber app. is the better option. I waited just over 15 minutes pass the specified time to a point of having to choose driving myself costing parking fees at the airport. I was charged a $25 cancelation fee. My pickup location was my home at the end of a cul-de-sac. Other than the email confirming my booking, the cancelation fee was my only other notication. I won't use Uber again.

I was entitled to a free return. They sent one QR code for Everi, which I could not send as my item was over 15kg. It was eventually collected by the seller, but Temu will not refund me saying I have not returned the item. So sick of telling them it has been returned, but they have decided to ignore it was collected and are still saying because I have not used the qr code I have not returned, even though they arranged the collection with the seller. Just appalling.

Doesn't care about the artists and pays them very poorly, blatantly disregards stolen work whilst stating other art infringes on IPs, 50/50 item quality, generally quite a suspicious company, I don't like Redbubble. Use Etsy instead, there's quite a few affordable pieces of work if you really look for it.

Very poor services, lots of errors, and they never fix it!! They charged my card of 100 EUR, without any explanations, even though I did not exceed anything. When I contacted the support about this, they refused to send it back, saying that this is their policy. Stay away from this SCAM.

Customer Service is SHOCKING!!!I received my order on the 13th of July and it was 1 pair short. I have called them every day since then to find out when I will receive my 2nd pair. There is seriously only 1 person on the online orders side, and unfortunately dear Megan is not coping well. I only received my tracking number today and low and behold the collection at a Pretoria store was only placed today at 11.16am.What if I didn't call again to follow up on my order, would the collection be done? I highly doubt that!!!! I was promised delivery yesterday the 21st of July. And clearly that never happened. I will never recommend buying online from you guys ever and I certainly won't order online again.

Wow, the lengths they go through to procure a sale and a membership, then leave customer hanging with no recourse. Truth is their merchandise is frequently poorly reviewed. No doubt some products are exceptional. But their shipping results in huge numbers of damaged products delivered. Buying 4 exquisite Bormioli Martini glasses case in point. Crappy packing delivered one glass smashed to bits. Customer Service? NONE. No response to request for a single glass replacement. Simple, no?? However their policy is you bring the entire set into the store for remedy. Or, you can use all of your time to send the entire set back to them for evaluation. No consolation if the second shipment arrives with more damaged goods.Meanwhile you're stuck with broken goods. No personal CS contact ever available to make a case for decent parts placed in service. Well, let's see if the credit card believes a just resolution has been offered. Meanwhile, they can suffer with a total charge-back.Hope it causes them more pain than inflicted on me.Days of "Customer is Always Right" are GONE FOREVER>

In this case, the product is cut in one side. This is not something acceptable. I'm not happy, by no means.

if you have a day job, you will NEVER EVER receive what you ordered because of their bullshit shipping policies. THEY DON'T EVEN FOLLOW THEIR OWN RULES. "Please note a signature will be required for your order if your order exceeds $200 CAD. If you are unavailable to receive your delivery your order will be returned and processed for a refund."nope! they just put that on EVERYTHING. you can't turn it off and they refuse to leave it at a UPS store, but they'll leave it with a neighbour IF YOU PAY THEM EXTRA. so you MUST be home to receive your package or else they'll just send it back.

They have a fantastic variety of activities to suit all tastes and mobilities that are easy and simple to book. When booked, communication has been straightforward and refunds (the few times it was necessary) were swift.

Denied a purchase which was embarrassing, then shut my card off thinking it was a fraudulent charge. Contacted them repeatedly to let them know it wasn’t fraud it was me, getting no where. We will contact you in 7-10 business days. In the mean time, can’t use my card. Worthless. Terrible customer service. No point.

Absolutely no communication about what was going on. We weren't even sure we had actually made the purchase and the piece would be sent to us. We finally had to track down the gallery where the piece was and reach out to them to find out if the purchase went through and where the piece was. We have purchased pieces from all over the world. This site by far gave us the least confidence.
