Worst booking experience I went online to see what flights would cost however the emirates page would not give pricing directing me to call there call centre as I did not want to do this I left the webpage within 5 minutes I had three calls from them wanting me to book as I concluded the calls I immediately received a second and then third total harassment and by this action I will not book through them as a principle matter

I pay for a monthly subscription to Adobe Photoshop. Using their generative App I tried to generative a photo of an old-time white lawman from Tombstone AZ in the 1880s for an article I'm writing. I entered a sample photo of a white male lawman in Tombstone. I got an instant popup saying my guidelines were not acceptable. I was not being racist that is what I needed. When I redid the request dropping the white male I instantly received numerous results all of them black males. I need a white male for my article and I am very offended by this type of response from Photoshop. I'm a professional photographer and over the last 25+ years, I've owned or subscribed to every version of Photoshop. I have spent a lot of money with this company, and this is an abuse of my rights to ask for an innocent request for a photo I need for my article. I would suggest to anyone looking for a good photo program to try ON1 Photo Raw 2024, Luminar Neo, or Affinity Photo services as they don't abuse your First Amendment rights of free speech.Adobe's reply is a lie, I can't contact them, I have tried. I was on hold for an agent 2 days ago for 5.5 hours. I signed into my account, and went to help, the system said I was in line to CHAT with an agent. I was in line for 9 hours, and no agent ever connected. Their answer is just their standard lies, they don't care about their customers. We as consumers are fed up with this kind of treatment from software companies.

Samsung Galaxy 2 laptop – Samsung UpdateOh dear!Be warned Samsung are not providing the basic need to provide drivers for their equipment, further the customer support cannot resolve basic requirements. Their logic is flawed, their whole concept depends on already having network drivers, if you don’t have them or need them, then their concept for delivering driver support collapses. Its so obvious and simple, head in the sand stuff?Here’s the sad long story after 2 hours wasted with Samsung Support.1. Needed to update drivers after a Windows re-install – Samsung does NOT provide a website to download drivers for it PC/laptops – the only way is via their Samsung Update which has to be downloaded onto the PC/laptop.2. Catch 22, no ethernet slot/no wifi (no driver!) – so can’t be done!3. Samsung advice – download to another PC – didn’t say it had to be a Samsung PC/laptop – so can’t be done.4. Next sledgehammer suggestion was to restore Windows from the Recovery partition, not possible as new drive.5. Customer Support is incapable of providing a link to at least download the wifi software so it may be imported via a usb stick.6. To resolve the first issue, was to use the hardware ID from the device manager get the driver from Intel – success. Now download the Samsung Update! First step is to use Windows Update to collect drivers from Microsoft – however several drivers not installed.7. Samsung update gave 3 suggested drivers including Sound which were successfully installed, however still 4 drivers not installed. Again using the Hardware IDs located drivers from Intel, using their Driver & Support Assistant App.8. Still one driver not found – hardware “not known” googling the Hardware eventually discovered it is Samsungs ACPI driver – dawned on me that Samsung doesn’t use the common ACPI name they call it “Event Controller”.9. Success, but one thing – we won’t be buying or recommending Samsung PC/laptops until they find a better way of distributing driver support. Fundamentally their concept is flawed at a very simple level, secondly their customer support is incapable of providing any support for what is a basic requirement.EDITHaving read other recent reviews, havingpreferred SAmsung products, TVs, phones, oven etc - perhaps we should look elsewhere now as obviously things are not good at Samsung

I placed an order for a new washing machine on Samsung website on March 23rd (To replace a previous Samsung Washing Machine that failed after less than 3 years - out of warranty). The order was to be delivered on April 4th. The day before I received emails and text from Samsung delivery partner RXO informing me that delivery would be between 3 -7pm. and I would receive a call 30 mins prior. On day of delivery nothing!! I tried to call at 6:45 pm but the office had already closed for the day and their chat was not working. At 4am on the 5th receive email from Samsung saying my order was cancelled and refunded due to non-delivery and that RXO had made three attempts to deliver and no response! An outright LIE!! Dishonest and Despicable behavior. At that stage I had been without a washing machine for 2 weeks now and wasted a day off work waiting for nothing!! 3 years earlier I had a similar horrible delivery experience from Samsung’s delivery partner XPO – I don’t know why I thought this one would be different. If it wasn’t for the fact I wanted to match my dryer I would gone with a different brand (I was also thinking I wanted to give Samsung one last go before purchasing a frame TV) At 5 am, via the chat feature on the Samsung website I had to reorder a new washing machine as my previous order had been cancelled and that would not be delivered for another week (I was told a new machine would have to be sent to the delivery depot as they couldn’t simply reassign the machine they failed to deliver) Later on, on the 5th I received an email from the delivery company (RXO) to say that the vehicle due to make the delivery experienced an issue and broken down on route. They couldn’t give me an explanation why someone didn’t call me to explain this at the time or why they lied to Samsung saying they had 3 attempts to deliver and subsequently had my order cancelled….I explained that I needed a washing ASAP and was assured that they would try to rearrange delivery of my order within the next few days.In the meantime, I escalated the issue via the Samsung website (To the CEO’s Office). They have a dedicated section on the customer service to do this – I question if any of these issues ever reach the CEO – the email acknowledgement I got back was poor to say the least (horrible formatting and standard cursory response, they couldn’t even be bothered to personalize with my name). I suspect it’s just part of the poorly staffed, unhelpful and insincere customer service department. I did receive a call from “Manager” But suspect lacked any real influence. The manager could not even be bothered to read up on the notes before calling me and could not give any real explanation – lots of apologies and sorry you had did experience but to be honest I felt like she was reading a script between awkward silences ….. After no real answers, no explanations, no promise to expediate delivery or anything she promised that once everything was sorted she would look to compensate for the issues and that She would call back in the next few days… The next day I received an email and text (From RXO) to arrange delivery of washing machine the next available slot of 09/04. This calmed me down.On the 7th/04 I received a text confirming delivery of my machine between 9 -12 the next day.On the morning of the 9th April I work up to a message saying “Apologies for the trouble caused, We were trying to reach you on 08:12 am to schedule the delivery, as today's delivery not routed as per the system”. Words could not explain my frustration - I had taken another day of work for nothing and spent the morning on calls to Samsung and RXO to find out what was going on. I never did get a call back from the manager who had promised to give me a call… again another example of the great Samsung customer care …Finally, my Washing Machine was delivered on 10/04 (It turns out they had two machines for me). The delivery team were great polite, friendly checked everything was working etc… Later in the day the manager did call me, to check If I had my delivery and if there were any issues. I received an email with my compensation - $50 voucher of Samsung products Thank you so much (That’s what you think my time is worth) Needless to say I won’t be buying the Frame TV ….or any other Samsung Product in the Future ….I hope this Samsung washing machine lasts longer than my previous Samsung one ….

To my surprise while doing a routine bank check I saw that my money was refunded. No email , no explanation. Had I not checked I’d still be waiting for Christmas gift. While I appreciate the refund it was Not what I was looking for and the lack of communication is just poor business practice. Steer clear!
