I donated to a charity, then after reviewing my receipt from Just Giving I had been charged a tip for £3.40.If id known I would rather have given the charge to the charity. I understand Just Giving already take a cut of the donation 😡 be very careful with this underhanded charge!

The customer service is really difficult to navigate and the online chat is always off. I sent an email with time sensitive requests and this continues to go unanswered the questions section on the website is not fit for practice. It's such a good idea but it's just not working with its current limited access to support.

It's a two year old, lying in a hospital bed on life support. Every response is a hallucination where it thinks that it's in control. It gives false information most of the time, uses a patronizing tone, and belongs in the garbage can. It's obvious why Daddy Musk abandoned it. Mommy Altman is now left to deal with the egotistical sperm donor's contribution. They created a monster!

I’ve honestly found this the most infuriating customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was sent the wrong size of shoes, I sent them back to a ‘brand partner’ they got returned to me and I brought it up with ASOS. They said they had to wait 15 working days for the brand partner to investigate. Investigate what? I had the trainers. Now the 15 working days (which is a ridiculous amount of time) to tell me that they couldn’t send a label to me, that they needed to send it to a different address. My house address that they sent it to originally. I’m now being fobbed off saying they’re waiting for the returns label to be made. Every time I speak with an asos person they say I have to wait because it’s with their brand partner. I’ve asked for an email for the brand partner but they say they haven’t got one. This is so infuriating, probably breaking a tonne of consumer rights laws. It’s just there’s nothing we can do because even though you bought it from asos we’re waiting for another company to deal with it but we won’t let you speak with them because you’re still our customer.I’m so disappointed with this and just feel like I’m banging my head against a brick wall. Massive waste of my time. No apologies. No help. Just making me waste my time over and over again for their mistake in sending me the incorrect size. Feels like a scam

Used this clunky junk for a year, then it stopped sending/receiving without telling me why. I spent hours trying to figure it out but never did. Evidently, Outlook will stop working if you fill your OneDrive or if you have too many suspicious logins or a whole litany of other reasons and it doesn’t tell you that you’re locked or why. I installed Thunderbird — problem solved.
