Wikipedia is a rapid and invaluable encyclopaedic source on almost any conceivable subject. It is not trustworthy, but serves as a summary on most subjects. It tends to focus excessively on American memes and popular fiction and culture, at the expense of objective truth or history. Its primary editorial criterion is by reference to outside publications, which may be dubious, whereas first-hand evidence may be deleted as uncorroborated.With regard to modern, fashionable, political or contentious events and judgements, trolls frequently assert conspiracy theories and nonsense on its pages, which are then taken down by validators as not properly sourced.
This is a fake and extremely biased website that pushes extreme Left propaganda. They label everyone they don't agree with as conspiracy theorists even when their theories have been proven to be true. This is a useless junk website that will hopefully be sued for their blatant and numerous lies.
I have used them ( wiki ) since inception as a 'bench-mark' information logger without bias.Wikipedia has over time become overridden with similar-self-entitled 'moderators' purporting to be neutral in the manner of... well, the original Encyclopaedias.There is clearly an agenda attached to the site. ( IF ) you know your environment ( History + ), then you'll know what i'm on about. Jim n' Larry might have had noble intensions, but then of course noblemen cannot protect their survivability when socio-political 'reform' is a current muscle of a minority. Follow the money is not a cliché, just do it. Look who majorly 'donates' money to the site. Whether you're this way or that way never matters. but monitoring who does the funding is always a good indicator as to what info you will receive within wiki.( I used to place small funds into wiki as thanks, but despite their persistent notion they need more donation, it further espouses a sense of abuse when your neutrality in it's self is bias is backed by a socio-political forecast. Irony of ironies.
What a rude organization!I donated to them, then attempted to build a profile bio.ONLY to be rudely messaged as they immediately shut down the acct I had just built. Make a mistake on your profile; Get shut down! WHY WOULD ANYONE DONATE to this organization.?I feel stupid.
Wikipedia is so bad, they are unreliable and when my appeal was rejected, they started the decline reason with the word “And”! I thought they expected you to use good English and admins start a whole paragraph with that? They’re so rude as well! Also, their policies are too strict and should allow for a 2nd chance when blocked. Overall, I think you should only use Wikipedia for basic research and find other places. While I don’t necessarily hate Wikipedia, I don’t think they deserve even one star.
