Review Time
Wiki is biased in their stories about conservative individuals. They list events or stats in a negative light with no regard for the other side of issues. You dont see the same with politically liberal individuals and their life stories. I have seen this many times. Wiki allows bias to bleed through when listing facts and events about a politically conservative subject. I am no longer going to financially support Wiki and am taking my searches elsewhere.
How long has Wikipedia been in existence? 25+ years? In all that time, I never once made an edit. Then, on a page for I knew something about - a Trade Union I'm a member of that shall remain unnamed - I recognised a factual inaccuracy. So I decided to do the right thing and make a very short edit to correct it.Next thing I know, my account was banned for I think four long years. If that isn't a clear sign that the information on Wikipedia isn't trustworthy, I don't know what is.
If I could give less than one star I would. I contributed to an article with verifiable facts. I was targeted for political reasons and repeatedly had content removed. I was then attacked and bullied by “admins.” I provided clear, verifiable references from local government and the local newspaper for the content I added that were ignored. Despite those references admins refused to address the facts presented but instead changed the subject. Very deplorable and dishonest people.
Imagine being blocked from editing for two years when you've never edited anything.They obviously didn't like my views on their very one-sided information on anything UFO related. After researching on a British police officer that had written a book on his experiences, I looked him up and found that there were twomotions to have his name and info deleted. No surprise as he himself had huge backlash, discrediting and documents gone missing. I wanted to support Allan Godfrey but found I was banned for probably an earlier remark about the goings on at Wikipedia. Don't give these dodgy individuals any money. No surprise Wikipedia has people that are involved with that side of the government.
Wikipedia is controlled by a few socialist tyrants. Even the simplest of pages are compiled from the same three people that use each other as source. Wikipedia is in no way a viable source of information I contacted them and nicely reported how a controlled page is biased and the response i get back is from some moody child. Whats bad about all this controlled content is that AI pulls from here often because of page setup and details. (Basically all funding comes from AI companies.) So just imagine the implications I have already removed one result from google and will continue to remove more. Help me in my cause
I have known the obvious for years Wikipedia is biased to the left of Course. But I still supported them and donated. At one point I tried to figure out how to join so that I could give feedback. That turned out to be a pain.Anyway, goodbye to Wikipedia I will not donate and I will not visit. There are multiple good choices for alternative information that is not biased.
Wikipedia never uses attribution they only Political hit job right wing rag with a reputation for lies half truths and any truth your willing to pay them to promote ! Wikipedia regularly attacks Comedians and Media sites they have been paid to attack .Want to falsely accuse or attack someone pay Wikipedia and they will help you out White Racists People involved in the insurrection and others have been promoted by Wikipedia after they were paid off for their Wikipedia profile .Want to teach children and uneducated people to promote lies then Wikipedia is the site for you
Got blocked for abusing the website. Did nothing but read.Was told if I sign up, it would unblock my ip. Signed up and was told that this account was linked to muiltple abuses (brand new account).Tried to fix issue with wikipedia only to informed that even if it's a mistake, there policy doesn't allow them to unblock a person early and that I would have to wait a year until the block is lifted..... on an account that didn't exist, nor did my dynamic ip (which changes everytime I start my phone).Bugs in system and innocent people pay. Don't donate your money to a company that doesn't support there donors / supporters
