I spent $7000 there for a martin guitar and a Bose PA system at the fairfax, va guitar center. I was told I’d get a large credit of about $700 if I open the credit card account with them. And my first credit card bill there was a fee of $150 that I was never told about and second the credit ended up only being about 275 which expired after one year. I called and even sent an email to the CEO but didn’t get any help. I will never spend another dime there. I hope you all don’t either.

ICO warns against scammers trying to get businesses to pay this fee yet the ICO themselves come across as a scam. Binned previous letter as seemed just that. Turns out it's a legal government backed scam however. Why on earth should businesses need to pay a fee for this? I'm well aware of laws around data protection etc but no idea what paying this fee is all about. My business is exempt but still disgusted by this nonsense. Annoying to receive this as I just recently learned of a relative injured in hospital as a victim of a crime and their full name was released without permission by the police to the press who then put it in print/online for the entire country to see. I mean how does that even happen given all this data protection stuff now, including this fee?

It is difficult to cancel the subscription...policy dictates cancellation can be made only by phone call. The recorded message prompts do not give option for cancellation. I choose "O" even though it was not an option---but was able to connect with a representative. While the representatives were courteous---it was challenging to understand due to accents and muffled speech. First phone call---I was redirected after a Q & A "interview"---inquiring reasons for cancellation and then a "sell" to maintain subscription. A week later, I received an email regarding renewal payment of the subscription. Second phone call to WSJ---same recording prompts that do not direct to the cancellation of subscriptions... Pressed "O" and made connection.

The Kroger Delivery system crashed as i was attempting to complete my order and charged me for 10 transactions when i tried completing my order. When I spoke to a representative it was stated I had to wait 24 hours for them to pull up my account to see why I was being charged 10 times, yet they had my account info to try to restart my account. Horrible experience, will not be using the Kroger Delivery again. It is a system error that has cost me $2000 being held for 24 hours... and that's if they resole the issue...

Amazon used to be spot on with their delivery estimates, very rarely wrong. in recent months, Amazon has gone downhill. Ordered an item, with a "deliver by 10am" promise. Get an email saying item was shipped a couple hours later. Get up in the morning and the delivery window is "7-10 am" then it changed to "10am to 3 pm" Just before 3, it changes to "there was a problem with the shipping, we will update you when the item ships" why did you send the email out the night before saying it was shipped? Do better Amazon
