Worst company ever. Their help desk is awful, the refuse to provide any help when its being asked multiple times. They ban for no reasons and appealing that ban with proof does nothing cause they don't care about their customers. They are only in it to steal money and push out terrible games. They are one of the reason behind the most downvoted subreddit of all time because they can't produce anything. At this point activision and there sexist pigs of leadership are better than EA. Do yourself a favor, find other places to buy your games

Don't choose this scammer! They tried to scam by blocking my totally functional phone and offer some trash instead to tie me to their plan! A few years ago, they lied to me that my phone couldn't handle 4G, which was a moronic lying I immediately saw through, but they still forced me to use their shit by making my previous phone unusable somehow, although I confirmed it was totally capable of handling 4G at that moment. In fact, it worked perfectly for the first 2 years and a half with their own plan, until they forcibly retired it by manipulating some trick so I couldn't make the call at all. ATT insisted to offer a new one (Alcatel AXEL (5004R)) to me for free as long as I used their plan for a few months. but it was literally one of the worst things I've used. It was I literally wasted 5+ min just for a scanning code task, which was only one of these inextricable symptom. And when I was calling someone else, they couldn't hear unless I yell hard at, despite the max volume. Also it couldn't handle shit when there's slight shadow on the object to be pictured. And it got stuck when I used any app or even tried to browse photos!!! There's one time I went to a UPS store to show them a scan code, which was the only thing needed for this phone, and it took me less than 18 minutes to be there and there's no wait time at all. It had 15% battery left but failed this simple task with 1% left. So do the math and you'll know how pathetic its battery time at 100%.

Avoid at all costs, there is no communication whatsoever between the supplier of products and bol. Ordered a TV, it came broken and the supplier said it would pick it up. Thes supplier picked it up, said they would send a new one and bol still says that we have the TV even though we do not have the TV.... Never buy from here, it is the second time this happens with us

I started with a free account in 2015 and decided to make the switch to premium once I got a job and have never even considered deactivating my account. I listen to music almost everyday while working out or doing homework or driving. Spotify is a company that cares about its customers by constantly adding new features like customized playlist and a yearly recap of your most played songs. Spotify gave away free google mini's at the start of 2020 just to say thanks for being a member of the community. I love Spotify and have nothing bad to say about the company, ill have an account till the day I die.

I attempted to book a residence with hosts Brendan and Tara Hawkins in Las Vegas for the Super Bowl. I was very specific on TWO separate emails requesting dates Feb. 8-12, 2024. After taking my $1600.00 deposit, they changed the dates to the following weekend. I don't need to be there on any other dates and they're (the hosts) refusing to refund my money.Per VRBO:"To summarize, I have been able to provide you details about your reservation. In this case the host informed they didn't have available the dates originally requested, and they sent you a pre-approval offering different dates. At this moment the refunds must be discuss directly with your host." Not only have I lost money; it's too late for me to make other accommodations for this once in a life time experience!***Don't trust Brendan and Tara Hawkins (Las Vegas) or VRBO to honor any contract! Who randomly changes dates and expects their client to succumb to their supply and demand needs.
