My second trip and sadly my last

My second trip and sadly my last! What a change 5 years have made. No Disney magic. It has simply gone. It’s all about the money now and I feel like I know the true meaning of daylight robbery. Rude staff, hardly any characters, awful merchandise (cheap and tatty and, like everything else, overpriced). Walt wanted to build a magical safe place for him and his family and all the other families to enjoy. In my humble opinion he has done just that. It is without doubt magical but the people running it need to go back to those roots and take a good hard look at what it is becoming. I hope people vote with their feet and the greedy people at the top have to take stock and bring it back in line to where it was even 5 years ago. As a side note universal was by far the best 2 days of our trip! (Maybe that’s where all the nice staff of Disney have gone!!). Rides working, queues not too long, drink stations everywhere great merchandise and nice food.

I have used Venmo to send money since 2022

I have used Venmo to send money since 2022 and have never had an issue...until yesterday when trying to receive money from a client. We received confirmation emails from Venmo of the transfers and when I went to "accept the money" in the email link, my problems began. Venmo locked me out of my account. I called customer service and spoke with Rachelle (she is the only reason I am even giving any stars...she was great!). As much as she tried to help, she wasn't able to. I tried all the "troubleshooting" things she suggested and instructed me to do to no prevail. I ended up closing and deactivating my Venmo account. I definitely believe there are better money management services out there.

Incompetent National Trust

We have been members of the NT for 30 years and feel our loyalty has been completely betrayed. There is no reason the grounds need to continue to be restricted to the public, the vast acreage easily accommodates hundreds of people with plenty of space between everyone to socially distance. Trying to book a ticket is a ridiculously complex procedure, far too many steps, and when when you finally arrive at the point of choosing a time slot, there is NEVER any availability. I tried calling to complain but there is only a recorded message that informed me that the offices were no longer manned. Is this an excuse or are the NT staff all sitting at home doing nothing? I plan to request a refund for this year on the annual subscriptions I have bought for myself and my children but having read through these reviews I’m not confident that I will be successful. There seems to be no recognition by the NT of that the extreme measures they have taken to prevent people visiting their properties and grounds has impacted on their revenue. No doubt the next step they will be taking will be to ask members for donations to recover their losses!!Given the critical role the National Trust plays in preserving British Heritage it is extremely worrying that this organisation is run with such incompetence. I am considering raising this issue with my MP.

Good and Areas to Improve

My most recent experience has been great except that thing of posting prices that once you get to the checkout you do not get it's absolutely ridiculous. The only reason that operated this as high as I did was because the employees are usually phenomenal. They have one young man named Quentin Who is intelligent, patient, knowledgeable of the store, willing to go to the back to find what you need because it has not been stocked and gives no excuses when you ask him for help. there is also a man named Donald who was a heavyset man and I was afraid he could not carry the watermelon for me I'm 77 and he said yes I can carry it he says I have loads heavier than this that I carry and he was so kind. Then there were many others one who went all the way outside to find one of the smaller baskets for me, then another who was patient enough to show me how I can get on the web and get a discount on items at Kroger. I could go on and on about the employees, but administratively Kroger has to come up to par with giving us an easier way to find great deals at the store. I can usually always go in and look and search and get good bargains on the bagged salad, but not in every store in the stores I'm familiar with I know where to go how to do it And it's really great. However they have a shelf with produce that if used in a reasonable time can be discounted, but you have to be careful because some of their discounted items are as high as the regular items. It's a shame those clip on things are so difficult to take Andy job someone in corporate needs to do a better job on the formatting of that program.

So frustrated with GoodFood.. Have subscribed for a number of years and have built up a collection of recipes. First the app kept dropping all recipes colllections. Now having reverted to accessingthrough the website, all saved collections AND recipes have disappeared. They are not contactable by the phone line provided and don’t reply to emails. I’m cancelling my subscription.

I had a different perception of the company, I guess what American Express has been good at is marketing, besides that it's a very poor experience.I have a platinum card and I also tried out the Elite card before that, but even though I was eligible for 2 vouchers for travel the points were really not worth spending that much through Amex, in hindsight there would have been several better options, but at the time I had the perception that Amex was the best option.There are not any perks worth mentioning to be honest for Platinum, using different apps is a bad idea when you have like 4 different "offers" there.When I switched to Platinum from Elite I got two cards instead, they rarely seem to listen, or lack understanding, or just don't care. I don't know what it is, but I have been in contact with support several times regarding things like that and then the end result just is completely different from what they say.It's nothing flashy, the customer experience is trash, if you can't get things right after like 4-5 tries then I don't really know what you think you are doing?You expect me to provide you with documents regarding receipts and bank statement proving that I sent you money (the money is clearly there), asking stupid questions like that is something I would expect from my banks which I quit.You seem to expect that I do a whole lot of work on my part just because I paid you more when I wanted to quit Elite so now you have money sitting there which you seem to be in no hurry to return or transfer to the account that I still have with you.When you can't find transactions, you expect me to do the research for you? I don't know but I do not work for you, I pay you to make my life more convenient, clearly that is not working.I am getting contacted by different branches of your company telling me that you need information that I have provided you. I would be able to Google it myself if I worked at support, but I guess you think it's fine to have me work for you?I have things to do, like managing my own responsibilities at work, you should look up what I sent you previously, maybe read the website for which you cant find a receipt, what do you have your "service" people for?Really bad experience, you promised me like 3 times, 3 different people that you would manage your own mess, but then some new person on some new bransch contact me again, I would be ashamed if any customer at any company I have worked for would get that kind of treatment.All in all, not worth it at all, it's not even easy to quit a card if you pay them too much, it's a task so incomprehensible that it will take months and they seem to expect that you will be ok with that, I really thought that a bit of your selling point would be convenience but my experience is that you are an arrogant company that maybe are too big to care or understand how your processes feel for your target audience that don't have time for this.I would never put so much time into writing something unless I was so fed up with how you are handling yourself, I would even consider using more of my spare time top spread the word as I except by now that, that is how much time you will keep taking from me and expecting me to run chores for your company.

Google makes it nearly impossible to contact them if you have any issues with your account. I have tried repeatedly and have chatted with them about my account being hacked over a month ago and tried to make all the changes I could on my phone to restore my account, information, emails…etc. All that I have been through in life. They ask you to put your credit card information in so they can take out a dollar and it will be returned but I am not going to put any of my information on there for nobody I don’t care if it’s just a dollar. It is so stupid that they ask for your credit card information before you can get them to help you over a dollar. This world has changed so much drastically in recent years and it’s gotten to the point now that no one ANYWHERE cares about what you’re going through even if you’re using their services. NOBODY ANYWHERE CARES ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING THAT IS GOING ON WITH NO ONE BUT THEMSELVES. I am so happy and so grateful and fortunate to have learned about THE BIBLE I know there’s a lot of books out there labeled Bible but are sooooooo far from THE BIBLE. But if I had not learned the things I learned growing up about Jesus Christ my Lord! I wouldn’t have gotten this opportunity to share my review. I would no longer exist. I am fed up with companies such as Google who could give a crap about any of it’s consumers, customers. They simply don’t care! I don’t know about anyone else out there but one of the only freedoms we have left in America is speech and I really don’t know how much longer we’re going to have this freedom. Google is not the only company out there that I have been mentioning about what’s going on in our world today. They’re just one of the many that I have to deal with and this is the latest.

In a competitive industry there is no reason to ever be using this platform, they are captalising on their domain. $40 BTC Xfer fees and $14 ETH Xfer fees are insane. They should be $1 maximum. There are plenty of other decent exchanges, Metamask, Kraken, Coinbase etc. DO NOT USE CRYPTO.COM

Cancellation scam artists

Cancellation scam artists. They continue billing even after I canceled with them directly on the phone during the initial dispute. Have checked my payment methods and my credit card is no longer stored yet. They can keep billing it somehow.Have verified all my subscriptions were canceled back in September. They continue to build through February.I've contacted them through their website, but I'm unable to chat with anything other than the bot.The only thing I've been able to do is dispute the charges each month with my credit card company.Of course Sarah should be shut down thieves liars scam artists.
