Review of getresponse
Initially tried to use a domain from GoDaddy and point DNS to GetResponse, tried for a week couldn't get anywhere. Was being sent back and forth between GetResponse and GoDaddy. Didn't want to spend any more time waiting for my website/landing pages to be live and not show on the internet as a safety breach. Got a get response domain and still don't know how to change the url of the landing pages using Get Response Domain. Also would like to see some info on ensuring your website/landing pages meet guidelines. I'm not giving up on GetResponse because there is so much they get right and as often as people say loyalty is lost in business this isn't my way. Hope I've helped and have a great day. Cudos to all the staff who work so hard to make GetResponse great.
Review of chess
Is great that people have created this app for all to enjoy - I only pay for data usage by the way.Unfortunately as of late there is instances where corruption seems at play with game freeze when the game is disadvantaged to an opponents & is of an often enough frequency during circumstance that by accident is not apparent.Until this is fixed find another means to chess out if possible - ta

This company is just crap and what ever you do stay away. This is a scam and don't fall victim to their schemes. I had a wifi device that is a hotspot and I went to Boston and Norfolk (which are in the US by the way) it said LTE and it had one bar so when I connected to it, it said NO INTERNET. We are in the US what ever happened to when atnt said "we cover the "WHOLE" US this is BS and a scam at best
Review of animoto
I love Animoto, as do my students, but I am disappointed with the customer service that I received. The people were nice enough; however, they were not understanding my question via email. I asked several times for a phone number to call, and was not given on (if there is not a phone option, this is a problem because they obviously were not understanding my written question). The time of the response was not great any time, so with all of the back and forth it took almost a week to get what could have been done in a five minute phone conversation. The final time that I received an email, I had been fairly frustrated before, and I could tell the customer service person was frustrated with me. I understand that he/she was not happy that I was still emailing them back, but a good cs rep never shows their frustration. It was a poor customer service experience overall. I am glad that your product can sell itself.
Review of ahrefs
Vile company. They are so money hungry and disgusting. They hid the credit counter at the top of the page so you don't know how many credits you've been spending. I hope this company fails and something else takes its place (maybe SEMRush or some other smaller company that will eventually take it over)

They promise a free trial, say you can cancel, but then they steal your money when you try to cancel and if you contact them, they then try to DOUBLE charge you to cancel. They make the cancellation process a massive headache and almost impossible to do, (they don't even give you the option to cancel at all within the first 48 hours. The site says the button becomes available after "confirmation" or whatever). They do not provide any service and still want to take your money, and make it incredibly difficult (and have a no refunds policy it would seem) with false representation and a predatory "contract" (that you also cannot get a copy of down the line). They stay in business by literally scamming. DO NOT use them.

Review of economist
Can't get through by phone. Just a series of invasive marketing questions for special offers. You are eventually cut off for not entering answers. May need to contact my credit card company for assistance. Update: Changing from 1 to 3 stars. While the phone numbers provided no satisfaction, I did reply to my initial order confirmation email from The Economist, with the message to cancel my subscription per the information in “the attached confirmation below.” This seemed to work and I received a very professional response acknowledging my request and confirming the cancellation. Will monitor my credit card statement to see if this worked. I did this as my own guess at a solution. I believe in giving credit where credit is due, but took off a star because this option was not offered and the phone numbers on the web were an exercise in frustration. I’ll update again, if necessary, but hopefully this is the end of it.

Review of mindbodyonline
My client has been using this software for years. The UX is clunky and apparently it's impossible to track the source of conversions, either in mindbody or google analytics. Their customer service is ridicoulous, I've been contacting them several times and they can't just provide me with a yes/no answer whether conversions' source is tracked or not. After 2messages they stop replying. They sound like bots and I wonder if they are AI assistants or real humans.
Review of mailerlite
The customer service at MailerLite was fantastic. They helped me with an issue I had, provided examples and had a very quick turnaround with information. It is comforting to know that they are working hard to value privacy and spam laws and are looking after not only us, the user of MailerLite, but also the receiver of our communications.
Review of hulu
If it wasn't for the discount thru T-mobile, I'd drop it. It just has a movie or 2 here & there, and random live events to watch. It's straight crap compared to Netflix. Only b/c Netflix remembers what you currently watched & at least has it in your, "continue watching" forum w/out having to search it again (thank god i do my best to remember the titles prior). I avoid Hulu unless we watch something until the end. Simply to say, not impressed at all. Gonna drop it at the beginning of '24. Just gonna say, hyped up in advertising, doesn't come close to the FREE streams available on a smart t.v. Y'all welcome for the 100+ $$ ya got out of me for the year.*** P.S. Good gawd, after posting my review, I actually went back and looked at previous reviews. So uhh 1.4 rating?!? No wonder why I get a discount thru my cell service. Every single point just the folks posted in the month of December is relevant. Thank you all that posted, so I know I'm not alone & totally ignorant of, (what's going on & my word comments on the dang channel). Hulu, just clean it up. I'm actually shocked y'all are still rolling at the rate you are. Honestly. And Honestly, I'm pretty upset at myself for simply taking this much time to type this up and tear somebody or a company down. So sorry, inflation got the better of me there, but still.... learn why the free streams are better than you & disperse your budget better if ya wanna stay in the entertainment industry. You're better than that right?
Review of 99designs
Excellent site full of talented designers. So much better to tap into a worldwide pool of designers than simply to seek work from one. Incredibly satisfied with the logo designed to get the company going and fully intending to come back for a wide variety of design work.
