The simple interface and the number of features they offer are really good. It could be really useful. But it's not the tool that you can rely on on the daily basis - the uploading may be working one day and the next day it simply does not. It's frustrating how it sometimes just wastes your time
Just suddenly stopped working. I have tried literally everything recommended online to fix this issue but about a month ago anything I try to upload just gets me an "Upload failed. Retry?" error message. I don't know why it suddenly started doing this but nothing I do resolves the issue. Maybe a recent Windows update doesn't like it, but from the looks of it Lightshot doesn't even update anymore anyway.
Not working on a 4K monitor, even on 1080p works half the time, it will not upload screenshots at all. This is the only reason I was using this app, to be able to quickly upload a screenshot and share it. It was great until it worked.It was working great before, I have been using it for years.1 star because support is not answering emails at all, they completely ignore it.
You can type any random letters after prnt.sc/(random letters and numbers) and it opens random people's screen shots. I have found bank statements, passwords, personal pictures and company pictures (very unsafe for data protection). Breaking so many regulations with just one website. I use it every day and think that the tool is great. You can make the needed screenshot very fast and share it with colleagues or friends. At the same time, there are glitches from time to time so it is hard to rely on the tool. The account also lacks the convenience of managing screenshots, to delete a bunch of those becomes a challenge. I hope the Lightshot team will fix that as the extension is very cool.
