In February I booked a room at the Galway Bay Hotel through Booking .Com. Completed the paperwork and paid the deposit. Had no confirmation - wrote to them return email informed that the booking had not been made and my deposit would be returned. From that date to this I have heard nothing from Booking.Com, but in conversation with American Express I discover they had taken £1500 from my account, for a room they said was not booked. All attempts to contact Booking.Com have f ailed.

Having used the Songkick website for years to log and keep track of all the gigs I go to, I've started using it more and more to buy tickets from too. While it is not always the absolute cheapest (wegottickets sometimes undercuts it), it is usually thereabouts and has the advantage of quoting the total price per ticket up front (i.e. no booking/delivery charges get added on later). Tickets are electronic (or at least the ones I've bought always have been) to be printed out or just displayed on your phone.

Shocking company the products are cheap and tacky I have been trying now for 5 hours to get this printer to print I’m getting error message after error message the printer is practically brand new I have used it a handful of times since unboxing this a few months ago I’ve tried to get through to anyone at hp and I’ve actually had to download a 2nd app in the last 5 hours to try and get to anyone from customer service!? 🤣 I actually can’t believe it I’ve decided to throw it in the bin absolute waste of money and time 👎👎👎

I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM SOCIAL SECURITY ON 18 JANUARY STATING I WOULD NOT GET PAID MY SOCIAL SECURITY ANNUITY FOR JANUARY 2023. I TRIED A LOCAL OFFICE IN SAN ANTONIO, ISOM ROAD, THEY WERE OF NO HELP! THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL WITH AN EXPLANATION. NEVER CALLED NEARLY 2 WEEKS LATER. TODAY, I CALLED UNITED STATES SOCIAL SECURITY IN MARYLAND. I SPOKE TO LATOYA.SHE WAS ABLE TO VIEW THE LETTER AND EXPLAINED WHAT MOST LIKELY HAPPENED. SHE SENT MY ISSUE URGENT TO THE APPROPRIATE OFFICE TO CLARIFY. LATOYA STATED I WAS INDEED SLATED TO RECEIVE MONIES FOR JANUARY ON 8 FEBRUARY. JUST A LOWER AMOUNT. FOR FEBRUARY ANNUITY, WILL SHOW THE COST OF LIVING INCREASE TO BE RECEIVED 8 MARCH. WHAT A RELIEF! I NEED THIS MONEY TO PAY MY BILLS. LATOYA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED IN MY FAVOR. SHE IS INDEED A TRUE PROFESSIONAL THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT PEOPLE. THAT WAS VERY EVIDENT TO ME. I CANNOT THANK HER ENOUGH FOR HER HELP AND TIME RESOLVING MY DILEMMA. SHE IS AN ANGEL TO ME HELPING ME WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD HERE IN SAN ANTONIO. THANK YOU AGAIN LATOYA. You can type any random letters after prnt.sc/(random letters and numbers) and it opens random people's screen shots. I have found bank statements, passwords, personal pictures and company pictures (very unsafe for data protection). Breaking so many regulations with just one website.
