Paid extra for a "flexible" ticket what a joke. I couldn’t change my flight without paying almost the full price again. Booking.com blamed the airline, and customer service just stopped the conversation midway when I refused to pay more. Total scam. Never booking flights here again

Delivered to the wrong address again, the drivers post pictures of the bottom half of people's doors so they get paid to deliver to the wrong address, unless someone comes forward to give me my parcel I have to wait a couple of days to do something about it, I needed those items tomorrow. Sometimes they have great drivers, they leave and we get stuck with some incompetent idiot

I can't imagine how popular and industry standard interface designing tools like these could have UI as poor as they do - on a smaller laptop screen, I couldn't even see the login button on their login page on my browser at one point. There's a huge irony here. Also has some question marks in terms of reliability. I'm in a work situation where I need access files I'm importing from the web on the browser. After two or three "failed login attempts" on a somewhat slow connection, they've basically locked me out of my account for an hour. Such an unnecessary, poorly implemented, and excessive security measure and could prove costly in crunch situations.

I use to love CNN and trusted their reporting. Now, all it is is a propaganda machine for left wing politics. I am not a Republican or Democrat, I am an independent who wants News. Maybe the only way to bring these propaganda machines back to telling the news is to contact their sponsors and say, "Enough is enough!"

Awful customer service. Disjointed unhelpful agents and chatbots who don't listen to the problem but just select from generic actions. They then close the issue as resolved when it is not so you have to keep going through the slow painful process.

Impossible to get a hold of a human!!! Chat bot leads you back to articles that I have already read. 'Chat with us' under Get Help blanks out if my screen turns off and no one responds. Tried 3 times. How can a service so popular be so BAD at customer service?!!!Update. Once I finally got a person, my issue was resolved in minutes. (it was a large sum of money sent to the incorrect person). Hang in there till you get a real person. The AI Bot really stinks.

Target on Thomas Road in Ft. Wayne, IN, has been disorganized and full of empty shelves for a couple years. Today, I asked an employee for help finding an Up & Up product. She told me to look in the next aisle, with no attempt to tell me where in the aisle it might be. I looked and couldn't find it. When I asked again, she snapped "I told you if it's not there we don't have any." (She didn't say that.) She did not offer to check if any might be coming in or if it was permanently out. This behavior has been typical of this location for a couple years. I have decided it is no longer worth the aggravation of shopping at Target.

I genuinely love your support desk. The bot is not annoying and quickly allows you to connect to a human if needed. Always fast to respond. Christos who I dealt with today was super. He needed to check something with the engineers so he did that quickly and came back with a detailed response. He created the segment I needed in the correct account I manage - so it's easy for me to see the settings. I didn't have to figure it out from a message and a set of instructions. I can now confidently use this segment and copy it for future.I feel you care. That can't be said for many other software programs I use.
