A month ago I went to DSW at 7555 w bell rd in ARIZONA to purchase a pair of doc martins Catlyn who was he MOD was a Rude and mean I had asked her if I could try on both shoes since the box only had the left shoe in it she said “you can try on the other shoe only if you are going to purchase them!!! I said I need to try both shoes on to see if I wanted to buy them she slammed her keys down on the counter and sighed very heavy and proceeded to walk to the back to get the other boot!! I did purchase them but I will say this first I will never go to any DSW EVER AGIAN THE SERVICE WAS AweFul AND JUST RUDE AND I WILL TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE MY EXPERIENCE ALONG WITH ALL THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS AND IT DISGUSTS ME THAT YOU WOULD HIRE SUCH A MISERABLE PERSON TO REPRESENT THE NAME !! Good luck you will never get another dime from me :)

Do not under any circumstance do business with this company. They will eat your time up when you call. They will wear you down every time you call them. They are unable to even repeat back to you basic undeniable facts. They will alter your words. Very deceptive group. If you have a refund coming and they tell you that you’re going to get it it’s interesting that they will never simply send you a text after they confirm that or an email or any way that holds them down. And then 10 days later when you never got it and you call them that you have to go through every possible Part of the evidence trail to prove to them again that they owe you. And again they will never ever text you or email you and say yes I’ve confirmed that we do owe you a refund and it will be coming. At no time will they ever create any kind of agreement or communicate around their obligation to pay you back? Very sad.. when I interview people that come to my business if I find out, they even have an AT&T phone or AT&T service, I will not hire them.

Worst service imaginable. My mother age 97 depends on her phone. It quit working over a week ago. ATT refused to even look into the issue because she can’t remember her pass code. I’m quite certain she never had one because the phone has been there over 30 years. To get a new pass code I had to take her to an ATT store. That was a 60 mile round trip drive. That only got her a pass code. Now waiting over 2 hours trying to a human on the phone This is day 2 of trying to get get phone to workWe will switch to Spectrum

I've been a AAA member for several years and had an unusually poor experience with them this time. I own a 1999 Mercedes and the battery went dead. I called to just have the battery replaced and did not want a jump start because of the sensitive electronics in the car. AAA INSISTED on jump starting the car and ultimately refused to help because I only wanted a new battery installed. I ultimately ended up driving to get a new battery with another car and installing it myself. I would have given no stars if possible. Such a weird experience with them.

I noticed that I was receiving statements from Venmo from two of my email addresses and I did not sign up for Venmo. I called to try to get these two accounts closed to only get the run around. As of today, I still do not have those accounts closed. One customer service rep actually ask for a copy of my Driver's License, really!!!! If you know what is best for you and your money, NEVER USE VENMO!!!!!!!!!

Innacurate, unreliable. Ok, it's really weird to write a review for a review company, but I feel compelled to inform that this company has drastically changed in the last years and is now completely unreliable. I've been an avid reviewer and user of Tripadvisor for years, but now it seems it's just a marketing platform. Their "lists" are completely innacurate to the point of "Top vegan restaurants in XYZ", the number 1 recommendation NOT having A SINGLE viable vegan option (other than eliminating the core ingredient of the dish and leaving some salad leaves and dressing)!!! There's no way to leave a review on a list, so it's vastly frustrating and I've stopped trusting them for anything anymore! this is a recurring issue in multiple countries.

I have continued to become over a period of years to just sick of their terrible customer service and thinking that they are above you when you try and point out their failures. Completely understaffed. Had dinner RESERVATIONS they call "MY TIME" at 7:15 first night and 7 second night. Literally wasn't seated for 30-35 minutes later and first sign of food on the table was 50 minutes after reservation.Furthermore, any late night room service (11 pm not that late) requires a 15-25 minute hold ON THE ROOM PHONE DIAL 7000. No open restaurant besides a Cafe that serves pre-made garbage. Really? Royal caribbean has really gone down hill since I last sailed about 8 years ago.
