Ea games wouldn't help me recover my account (2 different numbers on same email account). I lost hundreds of dollars because they won't restore my in game purchases. They stopped answering my polite emails asking for help, so this is the only place I have left to vent about their terrible service. Never give them any money (in-game micropurchases over years added up)!

Useless. Got locked out of my account for no reason, and with the high prices and lying about delivery times, I won't be trying to get it unlocked. You can launch yourself into space in a phallus shaped rocket like a maniacal super villain, but you can't make a functional website.

Don't waste your money on this scam of a company. They left me stranded with my dogs locked in the car with it running for 2.5 hours after calling them three times and no one ever came. They now have no record of the call after I called them to file a formal complaint. How convenient and when I called they couldn't find my membership at first because I explained I was calling from a friends phone. Stupid incompetent people answering the phones and didn't have the brains to call another tow truck when the first one said he was on a highway call and tied up and couldn't get there for another 40 minutes on top of I already waited 2.5 hours. Just forget about this company and save your money. You or your dogs could be dead by the time they get there .......
Review of samsung
Samsung refused to repair my dishwasher that was diagnosed with a "pc" error code (circuit board or wire harness defect) because the plastic rail that supports the front left front foot has a small crack in it which has nothing to do with the electronics. They blamed the retailer's delivery service from 11 months ago. I spoke to a representative from customer service, a representative from the service department and finally a supervisor. The best they could do is compare their policy to other companies rather than explain why their company is different from others. The dishwasher is 11 months old and is unusable, it cost over $700.00. Samsung is a $233 billion dollar company that gives no latitude to it's supervisors to resolve consumer concerns. The supervisor that I spoke with explained to me that as a supervisor he cannot change the policies of Samsung and he can only explain what the policies are to the consumer. He apologized for not giving me any options so I told him that he did give me options...the option to never do business with his horrible company again. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and received a call from Samsung to next day explaining that they cannot open my service ticket number because it is closed. I told them that if they wanted to open a new ticket they could but they are choosing not too. I bought a new GE dishwasher today and spent another $700+. I've been without a dishwasher for three weeks trying to resolve the issue. Samsung deserves a class action lawsuit, their warranty specifically states that transit damage is not covered which is valid but when you try to get failed electronics repaired under the warranty they blame transit damage, it's an easy out! The third part company that came to service the dishwasher wouldn't even open the dishwasher up when they saw the small crack (literally 1/8" wide in the plastic rail that supports the leg) even though the technician read the "pc" error code. He immediately ran to his vehicle to call Samsung and he filed a report which I was told was undeniable by the Samsung supervisor. Awful company, awful experience. If zero was a rating I would have picked that! STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY THAT USES EASY OUTS AND EXCUSES TO GROW THEIR PROFITS. Clearly customer service is of little concern to this so called company

Review of jotform
I gave Jotform a good review in order to increase my monthly submission limits (initially a 4-star) and some legitimate suggestions. However my review did not meet their "criteria" (which are not given), so they rejected it, and I didn't earn extra submissions. If you're writing a review in order to earn extras, don't bother writing something honest. They only want 5-star reviews. That begs the question, how honest are the reviews if people are throwing up five stars for payola? Below is my original review, but I've changed my mind big time...tricky is tacky, so now you get a 1-star, Jotform. I like Jotform a lot. Pretty easy to set up your form and use. I like the flexibility and tracking. I really like that it has conditional logic to route the survey-taker. I like that I can export to an Excel file and slice-and-dice the data. I give it a four-star because it's a great experience. Reserving one star for these suggestions...make a Test Mode so your monthly submission limit isn't chewed up by testing--other people need to be able to text externally. The preview function doesn't quite cover testing fully. Also, the monthly submission limits are a little unclear. Is it a rolling 30 days or a static month? Because I had 7 left two weeks ago, and now I have 11 left, but my settings say submissions renew on a static date. Fix those/make those more clear, and you've got your fifth star.
