I was skeptical at first. But I soon found out that G2 was trying to help share my experience with others who may not know about a niche tech product which has transformed my business from a struggling startup to a successful operation. My review was incentivized but I was happy to share my experience and hopefully it inspires someone else to benefit from my sharing as well. G2 made it so easy and still allowed me to be as detailed as possible.

I had a problem with the email campaign I sent, all the pictures and Youtube link did not appear. I sent a message to brevo with this explanation. Quite rapidly i received an answer by mail telling me the problem had been resolved and i should contact them if it still dud not work. I made a test campaign which worked fine and i was able to re-send my newsletter to my community that same evening. So efficacious and rapid. Thank you

The questions I ask are solved/explained 50% of the time. The other 50% is just people copying other RANDOM solutions for complete different questions (which is always incorrect making me waste more question on the same topic) or putting papers/websites screenshots. At the end of those there is usually a sentence begging for an upvote an before I notice there are usually 3+ upvotes in a clearly incorrect solution.

Heads up if you have a pending SSN and is receiving money through Cash App they will not release your money. Cash App trap people in signing up without a SSN then they hold on to your money as if everyone without a pending SSN is bad. Cash App need to let people know the truth before they download their App. They need to realize there are different methods of verifying oneself because not everyone want to commit fraud eg. as when someone signing up for a bank account or with other financial institution. Cash App you need to treat honest people better than that.

Inane. I ordered two items online. One was cancelled after local courier failed to deliver and customer service said I would be reimbursed. A few days I look to see whether that is in process and am told that it has been sent out again. Meantime, I had bought something else from another vendor bc, let's be real, to cancel rather than retry delivery? Inane. To then resend without checking? Inexcusable. To make returning a challenge? Abysmal. I will never shop with them again.To be fair, the customer service agents online chat were ok

I couldn't get to my hotel due to natural disaster in the region I was staying. The hotel still charged me for the stay, even though I contacted them to inform of the flood, and sent all supporting documentation as soon as I got the information of the flood and the train company's cancellation SMS. agoda does not provide any type of customer support even though I booked the hotel through them. The hotel ill-intendendly charged my card as soon as I contacted them informing of the situation. Nobody wants to refund my money or take responsability on the matter. Agoda tells me to call the hotel and vice-versa. I should be allowed a refund because it was a natural disaster, there was no transportation available in the region for me to arrive at the hotel. All transportation was halted due to the flood for 24h. There was no way I could reach the hotel. The only thing Agoda says is that the hotel has the final decision. The thing is that the hotel is already acting in bad faith. Agoda offers zero customer support, or any type of security for the customer. Customers don't need to book through Agoda if the company doesn't have the power to offer the customer any type of security. Especially hotels they include in their own network. I can just book straight with the hotel. Don't have to pay a fee for the middle man that does not help with anything, especially when you have all the grounds for a refund and all supporting evidence and documentation. In the end they just care about the money and not the customer.

This is the most dishonest hotel booking company that I have ever seen. They are based in India and they tailor their policies to ensure that they charge you much higher than rate of booking directly with the hotel.They claim to have a lowest price guarantee. But, this does NOT include the price of the hotel itself. And they force you to provide screenshots for proof. Finally, you must file a form with them and their policy is that this is completely up to their discretion as to whether or not they will honor the price.

Target has outsourced its customer service and I spent 1.25 hours with four different people trying to match my RedCard charges to my Target.com orders and it is literally IMPOSSIBLE. Manager could not have cared less about my problems. Target.com employee lied to me and gave me the wrong number for escalations.

I would like to share that I did subscribe to the economist online edition for three months, with the option to cancel any time and be refunded for the time not used.After one month and not being happy with the articles I decided to cancel, after chatting and email, I cancel the subscription but did not receive any refund.I will not trust this company anymore.------------------------------------------Already provided the information requested by the Economist to the customerhelp email------------------------------------------I'm glad to make it clear that was in fact a refund from Economist sent some days after my cancelation. The description of the transaction was not clear in the bank statement. Sorry for the invenienve. Thank you.
