I have a host of complaints about my most recent experience with Eventbrite for event tickets with our recent event. I’ve used Eventbrite for several years to sell tickets to the shoppers of our semi annual event. We encounter problems of some sort every time——but this last event was of epic proportions. We had trouble with scanning on the day of our event—when we have thousands of people lined up wanting access as soon as the doors open. We were unable to remedy the problem with the scanners—and had NO WAY OF CONTACTING YOU FOR ANY HELP. We ended up just letting people in, trusting that they actually had legit tickets -----without being able to scan them. An accounting nightmare for us. It's completely asinine that you have NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE for immediate assistance in an emergency situation. That is terrible customer service, especially when you charged over $8000 in fees for my event. I’m definitely looking at other options for ticket sales for our next event. And have shared my grievances with several other event producers when they ask for my opinion.

We visited Sandy Bay holiday village And had a wonderful time The Coach firm we went with was Seemour travel .Our rooms were basic but clean The food was basic too but you always found something that you could eat The price of drinks was also good The entertainment was 5 star .there is a bus outside to takes you to the Town and the bus station and the pier the bus runs every half an hour If I had one complaint to Make it would be there is not enough on the campsite if you do not wish to go out.

I really enjoy the Epoch Times, especially the opinion writers. I can get news on many other sites. I also get the print version weekly. There’s a daily emphasis on health articles- which I really like, but some seem shallow. Maybe there are too many of them?Sometimes articles on nature are shallow and uninformed. There doesn’t seem to be any understanding of federal land management policy, (NGOs , “wild horses,etc.) Maybe now that will change with the new administration.

I’ve been with AMEX for 6 years and I have the Gold and Blue card. NEVER missed a payment! I get an email saying my limit decreased to 1200 on my blue card! I called and was told my credit report said I had late payments which is a total lie. I have 100 on time payment history with all of my accounts. So she gave me an option to send in my bank statement, assets, etc. But my credit has been affected already. Why couldn’t they ask for the documentation prior to decreasing my limit to nothing. And I thought the reason was late payments? Not consistent with what you’re being told. I’m extremely frustrated and feel overwhelmed with how I was treated as a “valued customer” and I always wanted an AMEX due to the name, but this company is the worst CC company I have ever been with.

Reduced my credit line from $15k down to $1k with no notice with excellent credit and 100% on time payment history. After 5 calls withs customer service saying they were appealing and reviewing with no response gave up and will do business with other banks. Customer beware.

The support I received was incredibly helpful, actionable and absolutely solved my problem. I would like to thank Neha S, Admin P, Ian, OmarFPG, Henry Cee, Zane and Tobi for their consistent support. They each played a role in solving my problem and even though I was moving away from their service, held my hand through the whole process. I cannot commend the team highly enough. They were each incredibly patient and action-oriented through the whole process. They each made an otherwise incredibly stressful and frustrating issue into one I felt supported through at every step. A commendable customer support experience.

Thanks to all who left reviews on here it has allowed me to make a simple decision not to book through this site, they obviously have little or no control over properties on this site and seeing how ridiculously most of them are priced !! I also take note that anyone leaving a 5 star review is awarded with a reply but anyone else just ignored Bad business !!!
