Don't waste your time with this service. The articles are not helpful. The tracking service is usually provided for free with your 401k provider. I got sucked into a one year trial plan and then they doubled the price before I could cancel. Tried to get a prorated refund, but no go. Please don't waste your money on this site or service.I will double down on this experience. Classic play as they know that there is a significant portion of users who will honestly forget to cancel in time and then you are sucked in for another year at a higher rate. Don't let them fool you. Information is already available on most 401providers. Please Please Please don't get sucked in. Lessons learned on my part.. Oh sorry you didn't cancel in time.

Their customer service is diabolical. I've been trying to get into my account the past 3 days. At first the online chat tech pit me through to a phone call which I could not understand, she then put me through to a technician who again I could not quite understand. All he kept saying was change my password. He was not grasping the fact that I could log in fine but after I've logged in it's asking for a verification code which has been sent to my mobile phone. The code has never been received. Day 2 I tried and the same thing happened, again I was over an hour trying to get through and was cut off, I tried again later and got nowhere. So I've tried again since and was told its a problem they are aware of and trying to fix. Today still cannot get into my account.

Must have a great affiliate program because I'm continuously receiving red alert/warning/subscription may end soon emails about an account I've never had on machines that wouldn't support it. affid=1079 who seems to be active elsewhere as the McAffee support forum has multiple complaints dating back years with no detectable interest in them doing anything about it, not very impressive for a company that supposedly provides secure operating environments for PC users.

PAID FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED LAST YEAR. NO SIGN THAT IT IS EVER GOING TO ARRIVE. NO WAY TO GET A REFUND. ABSOLUTE CHARLATANS. TRIED TO GET A REFUND THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHO SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AS KICKSTARTER DON'T ACTUALLY GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL EVER RECIEVE YOUR PRODUCT.BY THE WAY DO NOT RELY ON YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO SORT IT OUT. I PAID WITH AMERICAN EXPRESS. THEY SAID THAT THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT MEANT THAT THERE WAS NO WAY THEY COULD GET ME A REFUND AND IF THE ITEM NEVER ARRIVES (WHICH IT STILL HASN'T) THEN THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO HELP ME. THE TERMS ALSO PUT IT OUTSIDE OF THE DISTANCE SELLING LAWS IN THE UK, SO YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE THAT WAY EITHER. IT REALLY IS A SCAMMERS PARADISE.UPDATE: Still no sign of it - been well over a year now. Despite them being "fully funded" and taking my money.

This company is fraudulent and cannot be trusted. It’s says subscription is 50 pence per month. It’s a lie! They charge £24.99 to read a newspaper - what a joke. Signing up is very easy and can be done online, yet cancelling is much more difficult and involves calling a number and going through security checks. If you don’t know or forget any of your details, they refuse to cancel subscription and continue to take £24.99 out of your bank every month. Do not trust these scammers!

I honestly don’t know why there are so many bad reviews here. Ive shopped online on UO many times before and most of my orders came really quickly; apart from one item that got cancelled and refunded because it was out of stock (but I am from the UK, so it might be different for some people?). The Customer service is also really good, I advice emailing them because they reply quickly and will most likely do something about it. The clothes are also really good quality and fashionable too.

The simple interface and the number of features they offer are really good. It could be really useful. But it's not the tool that you can rely on on the daily basis - the uploading may be working one day and the next day it simply does not. It's frustrating how it sometimes just wastes your time
