Like previous reviewers started the free trial - but as having eye surgery this week - can not continue and CAN NOT FIND A WAY TO CANCEL!!!!spent 2-3 hours---so, am reporting this to the BBB and police so am not responsible for any chrages...so very sorry-but this is to difficult for me Rachel S

saw the add on tv cant possibly afford $70 up front what a scam just installed the app & immediately deleted it you want us to stay CALM make a free version

Uninspiring.

Yeah it’s ok but they really don’t seem to change the content very much. Also some different contributors would be good. It’s often very generic. I really like Shinzen Young though. Considering their 140 million dollar yearly revenue I think that it’s bit of a rip off. Overpriced for sure.

Works for me!

It’s a good job I didn’t see the reviews on here before I purchased!A free weeks trial was available with the option to cancel before payment taken.It states very clearly that 24 hours notice should be given to cancel the free subscription. I’ve been suffering a lots of stress causing sleep disruption, and so I decided to give the app a try.I liked what was on the app. So decided to continue with payment for the app.Within the app it lets you cancel whenever you need.The app works for me, and as said, I’m glad I didn’t read the negative reviews before I began.

I have been trying to discontinue my Calm subscription.But, I have not been able to. It's been a frustrating experience. I have exhausted all options trying to unsubscribe myself from Calm. Calm also does not offer phone support which would be helpful.

I've been using this app for almost a year. I actually quite like Tamara Levitt's voice. But I'm cancelling it because there's too much talk and not enough meditation. And also because in yesterday's 'mindful eating' session, there was a whole thing about not eating a packet of biscuits. For ED recoverers, this could be quite triggering. I'm also annoyed that you can't extend the length of the daily meditation sessions. The section without chat is sometimes only 3-4 mins long.For those of you who subscribed on Apple, go to the App store on your phone, click the picture in the top right, then choose subscriptions. This is where you can cancel. I've just done this with no problems.

An annoying voice

Unfortunately my review of Calm is based on the very annoying voice of Tamara. I thought it was just me but on researching other opinions on the internet it would seem that many others come to the same conclusion. I joined Calm principally for the sleep meditations. After a few weeks I realised that anything read by Tamara was achieving the opposite effect desired. Her pitch and cadence are both artificial and pretentious. I know this sounds on the face of it almost prejudicial but I can assure you that this is not a voice that will leave you calm.

I was on a free trial then bam! Annual charge with no notice.

I was on a free trial, then suddenly charged the annual plan with no notice. I checked for a way to cancel/refund because I didn't really use it and you can't.
