Do not charge me until my credits are used.

I wish you would not charge me until my lesson credits are used up. We have had lessons cancelled because the instructor couldn’t be there but I keep getting charged on schedule. Credits will pile up and we will have another invoicing fiasco all over again.

Purchased a guitar and found a crack on it. Took it back to the store and they ordered a replacement. Told them to ship to my home. Guess what it was shipped to the store. Then I went to pick it up waited at least 20 before being help. So three trips to the store.

I’ve just emailed this;At 80 years old, I reside in London and consider myself reasonably proficient with technology. However, I must admit that my alertness may not be as sharp as it was in my youth at 18.Recently, I invested in a year-long subscription to Canva Pro with the specific goal of creating clickable ebooks. To my surprise, it appears that to achieve this, I'm required to utilize additional platforms such as 'Simplebooklet' or 'Heyzine,' each potentially incurring extra costs.I was initially under the impression that a Canva Pro subscription would suffice to fulfill my requirements. Could you kindly confirm.I await their reply 🤔

Do not switch your service here. They look for ways to get extra money out of you. I ported my number off of them and my bill was just paid and was at 0 and they came back and charged me 50 after the fact. Very horrible company. Never again AT&T. You guys suck

Purchased faulty unfinished game. With less than an hour of playtime was denied refund even after demanding supervisor or manager. Was also told if I filed cc dispute they would ban my account immediately. This is obscene, they sell broken products and retaliate when customers demand appropriate refunds!

This is a scam website

This is a scam website, and you will regret connecting it to your Paypal account. They deceive you into linking your card for a trial, and after 2 months, they automatically charge for a 12-month subscription without any prior notice. I had to go into Paypal to cancel the link. I requested a refund because I did not make any transactions, but they locked my account. So, I lost the money and can't use the package I purchased permanently. I hope they get caught by the police soon.

Terrible customer service, shame given their great journalism

Signed up to an annual subscription for their Economist Podcast Plus. It gave you no way to opt out of the auto-renewal which I did not worry about as other companies who do this at least let you remove the auto-renewal later on when you contact customer service. However upon contacting them through live chat about removing the auto-renewal, I honestly thought I was talking to an AI/robot because the person did not answer any questions and repeatedly went off topic where they asked completely unrelated questions. They then randomly offered to change my subscription to a digital subscription for one month.They were no help whatsoever and I was so frustrated at all the odd questions and how long it was taking to do something that was so simple that I just asked them to end the chat. I am still confused by this online chat and why they made it so difficult. I have never experienced anything like this.They have such great journalism, these tactics regarding subscriptions is shocking, unnecessary and really leaves a sour taste. I thought this was a reputable company but its now making me question my annual subscription. I guess I've already paid for the subscription now so not much I can do but I won't be renewing in a year's time.
