They will tell you to contact the organizer even if you state the organizer was a scam (and therefore unlikely to give a refund). There is no way to contact a human and they will pretty much keep your money even if you did not get the benefit of what you paid for.

I have an enquiry about Certificates of Succession (in relation to a probate case and a property in Hungary owned by the person whose Estate I am the Executor for). The gov.uk-Probate webchat does not work, merely stating that, "all our advisors are busy. Try again in a few minutes." So I tried the telephone number but it only plays music and recorded messages for hours on end. Anyway, the recorded messages say that they cannot give advice so I don't suppose they will be able to tell me how to apply for a Certificate of Succession. I have tried the third option which is to send an email, but wonder whether I will ever get a reply. Very disappointed and frustrated by the lack of support in this matter.

There is no professionalism regarding providing news that people need to hear. Lemon, Cuomo, and Seltzer only have insults for guests. They provide zero intelligent dialogue on any topic. What's most disturbing about the company is that after getting losing a multi-million dollar lawsuit for slandering a child and broadcasting complete lies about him, they still haven't learned. They continue the same tactics today. Absolutely nothing to do with any kind of journalism.

I have had other software let me down but since I got Avast and use the Avast browser, I have not had any problems with my computer. I have been warned about suspect websites and malicious downloads multiple times over the years and I have avoided potential problems thanks to Avast! I am a happy customer.

I returned a motherboard covered under warranty using a shipping label provided by ASUS. Per the tracking number provided, my item was received 2 days later. It's now more than 3 weeks later and when I check the status of the RMA# they provided, it states they have not yet received my item. I contacted support and was told my issue would be resolved in 24 - 48 hours. It's now 4 days later and I've received emails from 3 different people with 3 different case numbers first telling me 24 - 48 hours, the second asking me for information I have already provided and the third telling me that they did nothing with my initial inquiry for at least 24 hours even though I was told the issue would be resolved in 24 - 48 hours. I tried to use their chat feature which is completely useless because it requires and RMA# or Case number# and product serial number. Apparently they are too ignorant to understand that if I have already returned my product, I don't have the serial number and if I haven't returned my item, I wouldn't have an RMA# and if they didn't completely screw up my returned item I wouldn't have a case number. I have also used the feature on their website that says "Contact our CEO's Office". Upon completing your communication, you get an pop up stating that an response will be provided in 48 hours. Guess what? More than 48 hours and no response. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
