Eventbrite takes around 6% for each ticket sold - you're better off adding to your website if possible. If you do need to communicate with them you're best to do this through their Facebook chat. Payments after the event were confusing as came in two batches about 5 days later.

I ordered a pair of sandals and the strap on one sandal was stretched out. I returned the pair to the store and I saw the dsw employee place a defective sticker on the box. She then re-ordered another pair of the same sandals for me since they were online only. This was 5/16.Fast forward to 5/29 and I receive what should be the new pair of sandals.....AND they sent me THE SAME PAIR I RETURNED TO THE STORE. The box was crushed on one side #1 and #2 the front and top look like the defective sticker was ripped off. No tissue paper or anything was in the box. Just the same defective pair of sandals thrown in the box.

I was recently charged in a wrong credit card since Dec 15, 2022 which is order# CS3165682931 of current subscription. This card is Citi MasterCard, more importantly, I removed it out from my payment information for almost 2 years ago. Then, I setup another card, Discover for main current payment. But it had expired at the auto-renewal period. In some reasons, McAfee retrieved my MasterCard back, and charged into it without my authorization. How could cooperate which is supposed to protect their client, do that? This is an exactly fraud! My MasterCard had no longer in a payment option, and unauthorized from me to get payment.As long as I never use it for almost 2 years, unfortunately, I was not tracking anything at all. I just realized this month for that transaction. So, I was charged late fee from credit card for 4 months about $143 now. My credit score went down significantly 100 score. I called to request a refund for covering fraudulent circumstance, but McAfee's agent refused politely because of return policy. I don't agree with that. It shouldn't be general policy compliant, because IT IS FRAUD. I never get back to be McAfee customer forever. ANYONE IS THINKING AND LOOKING FOR ANTIVIRUS AND PROTECTIVE YOUR PC OR LAPTOP, STAY AWAY FROM MCAFEE!I have no idea why HP have agreement contact with McAfee for new laptop.

Today is Wednesday July 24,2024....I've been a faithful customer of AAA for at least 20 years and have finally reached my toleration point with AAA..Broke down at 10:45AM Called AAA at approximately 11:15am and I'm still waiting for a tow truck to arrive at 3:17pm..smhMindful of mistakes that happen within the company(called AAA 4 times only to get a newETA furthermore I'm am confined to a wheelchair so I'm sitting beside my van drenched in rain.Can someone please refer me to another roadside service that has more consideration for the people who pay for these services.. Absolute shambolic service, they increase the train fares and can't get a single train on time; every single day trains are delayed. These train drivers are earning £65k a year and have the audacity to strike. Sick and tired of this nonsense. Fix up TFL and do better, a system full of corruption.

Recently i find out that my deleted artist account is still there are and it shocked me, cause i deleted it. Spotify refuses to delete my artist account, because according to their policy artist account can't be fully deleted, only partially. And because of that, not only my profile now ghosting around, but i also have there are my photo which i no longer willing to show. They also can't delete photo themselves, so the only way is me. But they ignore all the proofs i gave them to prove that artist account is mine - my account email, photo (so they could compare it to my photo in bio). They only need my UPC, which ofcourse i don't have so i now contacted distributor i hate very much and they probably won't give me anything.Their support is NPC or AI. I feel no human answering to my questions and etc. Especially in email. Their abusive attitude hurt me very much, even though i'm not very sad of my photo ghosting around. But the fact that i have no choice to delete it was killing me. Now i don't care...Damn them and their company. I hope they go bankrupt.

I have an Bespoke Smart Slide-in Range. It was delivered to my home on September 14th, first service call was mid October and another the week after. It won't hold temperature. The tech was a great guy, but tried to tell me that it's normal for an ovens temperature to fluctuate (from 350-285???). I bake weekly and cookies in an oven for 10 minutes is normal. With this oven after 10 minutes, they are still pretty raw. I have to remove them, wait for it to get back to 350 and then put them back in. Between EVERY batch, this is normal. Customer service for Samsung is AWFUL, very disrespectful men in the D.R. (that's a whole other review!). Home Depot won't replace it until Samsung confirms that it's not repairable. Not sure how many more times, I need someone out here to confirm that it's not working. I highly recommend avoiding Samsung appliances, even if only for the customer service and repair side of things. Hopefully, third time is a charm, but I think that it's important in the meantime for people to know how awful our experience has been.

This once was a fun website for knitters to share patterns, ideas, and etc. Then the owners decided to let their political leanings take over and turned on anyone who disagreed with them. After losing a bunch of users due to that, they then reformatted their site which made it inaccessible to people with vision issues, epilepsy, migraines, etc, and were rude to anyone who complained. It is truly a non-customer friendly site with a toxic undertone.

I was upset for months because my insurance wasn’t covering my BC and I kept going back and forth with a “professional” agent who wouldn’t figure out the problem for me, they even mentioned to switch my BC method at one point!! I finally decided to call my insurance and luckily through them I was connected with Alexis Rudy from the insurance market to find out that was going on. She explained my plan did not cover my BC and was truly so helpful with my situation. I now have coverage for it and it’s affordable and I’m happy. She understood and was clear, efficient, friendly, and encouraging with calling the market again in the future. And she was only from the costumer service dept. but was the true professional. She deserves a promotion or raise. She made my whole day, l’m so happy.

I had ordered a helmet worth approx INR4000. After almost a weeks’ time, they delivered the helmet and it was a cheap helmet worth 500-600 bucks. I contacted the customer support and asked for compensation for inconvenience because for the replacement I have no idea how long I am supposed to wait and I cannot use my bike. They denied the compensation initially and then offered a 50 INR compensation for a product worth 4000 INR. I then disagreed with the offer and asked them to send the money to my bank account and cancel the order which they denied as well. This is my nth such experience with these guys and I wish this disastrous company is shut down permanently. They have turned into fraudsters now!
