The customization is not only robust, but not difficult to use. Easy access to the embedment code has allowed us to truly take advantage of the digital books.

The app is number one in the world and boast a lot on the social networks but a decent CEO should know that a company is actually as great as its customer service.In the case of chess.com, i have tried hundreds of time to reach out for a helping hand but only silence comes out.On simple exemple is the non punishment of stalling players.The gameplay on 10 minutes and above is horrendous, opponents constantly wait for their full time bank to run out to resign and this is tryly truly frustrating.I closed my account while paying premium as i was 150% unsatisfied with the service provided and got no reimbursement whatsover.

Horrible company. First off, they take at least several days to reply to ANY question. Second, they steal your credits instead of rolling them over to the new month. We've had to file a claim with Paypal multiple times to get our refund. The last kicker was them suspending our account for a bogus reason, and then attempting to get us to manipulate our website to the point where customers would not have a pleasant experience. Please spend more money for a more professional company.

Had a fab stay at the Mount Pleasant hotel in Doncaster. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful in ensuring we had a lovely stay. Special mention to Angela who accommodated us when we wanted a change of room. Nothing wrong with the first room but we wanted a bigger lounge. All the team are a real credit to you as everyone was really welcoming in the bar and restaurant also. Great room, fantastic food and genuinely lovely staff. Will be back soon

Delivery is diabolical, despite instructions and a note on door not to leave on doorstep. Parcels are dumped all the time. Even if we are in drivers don’t ring doorbell and dump parcels. Sometimes they appear to be chucked in the garden over the fence. Despite finally managing to get through to customer service recently still today parcel dumped in front garden in a small greenhouse which was open and anyone could see parcel. We are on a busy main road. Once again we were in but didn’t even come to front door. When you check quite often they lie and say handed to resident or left in safe place when clearly not happened. Why can’t this company deal with this appalling delivery service. I would give it a minus score if it was possible.

Very professional and brave journalists - the only ones on the ground in many conflict areas. Show hosts have excellent interview skills and ability for follow-up outshines other networks. My only gripe is that they need to be more critical towards the Qatar government but that is a tiny aspect.

Do not be fooled - the National Trust is not dog friendly and are not welcome at most National Trust properties. If you are members you are basically paying to park the car and walk around the general estate which is usually free to the general public. I accept that visiting the Houses may not be practical but dogs are also banned from all formal gardens. There are plenty of properties that welcome dogs - cancel your membership and go elsewhere.

I will never use VRBO again, we rented Villa Charlotte in Armacao de Pera, Portugal from Algarve Vacations via the VRBO Website for a week in July 2023 for our family group of 13 adults and 2 children.One third of the Villa was unfit for use, the whole of the lower ground floor, due to a previous flood, which the previous renter had already complained to Algarve Vacations about as he had experienced exactly the same problems that we were now faced with.Unfortunately we did not see his review until after we arrived at the property.Mould was growing on the walls, some of these bedrooms had no means of ventilation and Algarve Vacations expected a 5 year old and a 7 year old child to sleep in one of these bedrooms and be exposed to mould spoors and with the most disgusting of damp and raw sewerage smells permeating the whole lower floor of the property.We arrived at the Villa late on Saturday evening having paid a total of €9,240.44 to Algarve Vacations and an additional €837.60 to VRBO who the booking was initially made with.VRBO could not be more disinterested with our situation if they tried, one wonders exactly what they do for their fee. So in total we have paid €10,078.04 to these two disgraceful organisations for what we thought would be a most fantastic seven day vacation in a luxuriously appointed Villa.Never again will any of us use either VRBO or Algarve Vacations and I would urge you to think twice if you wish to avoid the utter pile of detritus that they have delivered to us.

We never signed up for this in the first place, have never had an account and keep freaking unsubscribing! How on earth is any of this legal? They send spam emails almost daily!

I have had NFL Game Pass and now NFL+ Premium, I have never been robbed by anyone until now, who would have guessed it would have been from the NFL itself. I have had technical issues with them before but 2022 is on a whole nother level. I think that the tech team and customer service company they contracted "zendesk" are all ran by robots. The audio didn't play, the games kept restarting themselves in Week 1, Week 2 AND CURRENTLY says that I have access but when I try to watch the games it says I do not have access. There is no number you can call, just submit a ticket, wait another full NFL week to get a response, and then they give you generic, braindead feedback like "clear your cookies" and "restart your browser. I HAVE 3 DEVICES AND CAN'T WATCH ON NEITHER OF THEM. They have ruined the 2022 NFL season for me, no I am so behind on games and forced to buy a more suitable way to watch nfl games.

The app has many issues. you can’t delete old unread messages, or even just mark them as read. So there is always a red dot showing you have new messages, even when you don’t. I tried on the app and desktop site, I had to contact support and wait 15 minutes to have them delete them for me, they agreed that’s the only way. There’s also no way to save jobs to go back and apply to them. I’ve applied to around 30 jobs now and heard back from maybe 4 or 5 families. There is also a huge range in pay for some families (like $16-$25 an hour.) they should expect to pay more than a daycare for a private nanny, especially if the family is expecting flexibility in their schedule. It’s also interesting that I have to pay $15 for a background check that was never actually done, it just proves to families we have to pay to use the site. Most of my childcare friends no longer use care.com, Facebook and Nextdoor is much easier and better designed for communication.

The actual service is fine. But both the app and desktop site are slow and glitchy at times. Also the app is surprisingly clunky. For example we’re not able to “heart” applicants from the profile page which would make more sense bc that’s where we learn more about the applicant and make the decision to favorite them or not.

Order to store, arrived not there.Store attitude not their problem talk to next who handle internet in UK for Victorias Secret. Apparently happens regularly but despite this the store couldn't do too little. As far as Victorias Secret store was concerned the internet is another company.The store had no staff on tills, did not want to help more than the bare minimum.The next store was fabulous totally different attitude.So my advice order online from Victorias Secret and send to next stores. Hope that Victoria's secret stores are closed and moved into next where at least customer service still counts.
