Atrocious customer support. I contacted them to try to find out what subscription would give me a feature I needed. After bouncing me around between people and arrange a call (e.g. wasting a lot of time just because it's not documented), they told me a certain subscription should work. I sign-up for it, and it didn't do anything - it didn't seem linked to my account at all because the setup is so needlessly confusing, so I tried it a different way and ended up with two subscriptions that both didn't give me what I needed, in fact they didn't seem to give me anything. I immediately asked for refunds and to cancel both and never heard back, and now it wants to renew for another year. The site is fine to use for free, but as soon as you try to pay for it it's atrociously awful, because for one thing the payment system seems to be a separate system and ensuring it's linked to your actual account is a big mess. Just use it for free, but if you need more features, switch to something else that you can trust.

I would give Electronic Arts a zero if I could. Not only do they not help solve the issue, they also have 'no way' of refunding the money you've spent. The customer service was good, the people were nice - but the process is terrible. For the love of all that is good, do not link your Steam accounts to EA or Origin, as you'll lose all progress and purchases from your accounts. And then they'll tell you to unlink it - which... guess what? Loses all progress and purchases. They have zero remorse for their customer-base and they are really just here for a quick buck, even if that means scamming you out of all of your purchases. Don't use them.

I’ve always loved playing sims when I was a kid tagging along with my older sister who had to go to an Internet cafe or on the Nintendo DS. As an adult, I got to play Sims4 and as much as I’m impressed I’m more or less disappointed. You continue to sell a broken game/packs while you pump out fast cash grab! Why do you sell small packs and kits that are subcategorized off of its own main category. Instead of focusing on expansion packs and kits, HIRE THE MODS WHO SAVED YOU FOR YEARS & MAKE YOUR COMPANY BETTER. I know your employees are hard workers and they try their best. But you, EA, as a company should watch out for the companies who will pull the rug out from under you.

AT&T has the worst customer service and everybody at the store will lie to you to get any results. They can just sign you up so as far as AT&T is concerned, service is definitely the worst people lie to you and their customer service. They don’t even talk to you. I was waiting on the phone for customer service. They said give you give me 10 minutes then an hour later nobody still answered the phone again. AT&T is the worst company ever And they’ve gotten worse and they’re gonna keep getting worse because they don’t care about any of their customers that’s how bad they are now

They baited and switched me by assigning me to a plan I didn’t agree to. Then, they don’t send out the first bill for more than 3 weeks. This accomplishes an important task for them. Every customer has 14 days to cancel their service. I didn’t know what I was actually being billed for until 23 days into my service. At that point, they would not acknowledge their mistake, or adjust any charges. I cancelled my plan, but was still on the hook for the second month because they bill for 2 months in advance. Even though I’m no longer a customer, I still owe them for month #2 because that’s what I “agreed to”. Yes, I did agree, but to a completely different plan! Run away as fast as you can. They are liars and thieves.

Very bad delivery drivers. Most the time they knock drop package and go no waiting at all even when asked to. Getting then on the is almost impossible.To they tried to deliver some medication. Put a drive to kock and wait as it an up stairs flat. Daughter was a top of stairs so not that 5 seconds drive was in his van pulling away and did not leave medication. No phone call nothing.

Amazon has the worst customer service in the world. After a LOT of problems with an inferior carrier whom it wasn't possible to contact via their website, who couldn't leave an item at a pick-up place if you weren't home when they attempted to deliver etc., in spite of Amazon's promises to the opposite effect, the order was returned. When I ordered the item again, I talked to Amazon's customer service, and not just an ordinery employee but someone high up, and I was promised that Amazon would now monitor the order to make sure that it wasn't delivered by the same inferior carrier. This was a couple of days ago, and guess what - I have just tracked the package and it is of course being delivered by the inferior carrier AGAIN! Now I have to spend half an hour or an entire hour chatting with their super inefficient customer service once more that never seems to be able to manage to do anything right, even though they waste endless amounts of your time and constantly connect you to someone new. It's disgusting!

There is no way I can install the software. McAfee tools to remove McAfee programs installed on my laptop seem to complete the task but still the installation doesn't start allegedly due to McAfee software still installed. Customer service website produces #400 error one day and simply hangs the next one. McAfee offers to cancel the purchase within 30 days but you need to do that by phone - customer service doesn't answer the call. Overall, what should be a straightforward task, is quickly becoming hell. The only thing that really worked smoothly was a payment process. Such approach should be illegal. Go bust ASAP McAffee.

This is a lying scheming , dishonest , rip off artist company. They recently charged me 2x the advertised price: the hotel room was 34.00 and they charged me 130 for two days . The. After 4 hours on the phone and texting and causing me to wait , they had the haul to ask me if I took a screenshot of the advertised price: I said “ do you recommend a o your clients to do that ? I honestly felt as if it was a process to litigate rather than make reservations. After I sent them the hotels rates they ignored my information and they hey never followed up. I am a platinum member . The highest category they have and this is now they treated me. I will never used Agoda again . Michael Goldsholl

I've cancelled my subscription (early November 2020), but they keep accessing my account and taking the $$ (such as yesterday, 10 January 2021).I guess their business model includes robbing me. Robbery is where someone takes your money without a legitimate reason. Yep, that's what they are doing.More annoying than stealing my money is that I have no confidence that another phone call will get them to stop taking my money.Avoid.
