I used to rave about DropboxNow I RAGE about DropboxAll the documents in my folders have been moved to adjacent folders. I could not have physically done this and cannot be user error I now have a massive physical task to go through hundreds of folders and move thousands of documents. Then how can I trust them not to do it again Any suggestions on who I should move to that is reliable and proferssional AND will come back to me with my query??

On the 17 and 18 of December I have purchased two mining contracts (1st for 360$ and the 2nd for 6580$) and paid for with digital asset LTC and DOGE to a company called AyCrypto Ltd which turned out to be a fraudulent company. I have contacted Binance and they totally "discarted" my request, to investigating the company to where the funds have been transfered. At the moment I have a total of 6827 USDT frozen quota on the account and have no idea what to so neither if I will have this amounts recovered but infear that this fraudulent company will cease in the meantime which will make even more complicated to recover the funds. On the date above I have purchased 2 contracts after clicking on a phishing email and I click in it read some reviews and purchased the contracts however when trying to withdraw mined btc I was hit with energy bills then suspected this was a scam. After doing research online I concluded that the website was a clone of another website and it was a total fraud so won't be paying no energy bill because its a fake website trying to impersonate a legitimate business. However it was already to late to realise the mostruosity of a mistake I have done. The company company is refusing to refund the monies neither allowing me to withdraw the funds on my wallet unless I pay a 17024$ in advance for a year of energy cost. Terms of use was block at the time of purchase. Binance isn't doing enough to try and recover the funds. Contacted the police and the banks and still awaiting for a response and its been a month now. Iam a vulnerable person on cancer treatment and the monies that are "lost" are really important for me to continue paying my treatment. I had submitted a scam report RCM20241220194826797164 on the 20.12.24 and case ID 135086178. I guess as an exchange you have full control of all the wallets, and you can do way more to help vulnerable people in my position. I have cancer and haven't got much to live however this monies would help me to extend my life expectancy as I did take out a loan for the purpose of that investment only to find out it was all a big elaborated scam. I request you to at least investigate, understand my position and assist and assist me to recover the lost funds that are totalling 6827$ and not including transactions fees. Please also note that two fraudulent companies like AI crypto already ceased after stealling millions from people on the promisse of profitable investments, one is Hashfactor.net, and second one is Foundryusa.com, that operated since september 2024 and ceased this month. Ordered two sets of new chairs received one new and one open box. It was very obvious the second set of chairs had once been returned, the small package of bolts and washers were not in one bag like normal , the bag of extras was missing, and half the bolts already had the lock and flat washers on them. Also the wrapping had been put back on sloppily, one seat cushion had three places where the stitching was loose or broken and there were small scuffs on the frame. They sell open box items yes, but we did not order open box, we ordered new, the open box stuff is marked way down for a reason. It will cost too much to return the set so they will stay, in the mean time we are now shopping at AFW. Wayfairs response was sorry, but you can take 10% off one thing next order. No thanks, there won't be a next order.

Worst hotel stay ever, then even worse customer service (in fact non existent)Booked to stay in Crowne Plaza, Times Square for New Year (28/12 to 3/1). Hotel was good until we realised that the room heating wasn’t giving any heat, also shower and bath didn’t give hot water. A few calls to housekeeping etc and a couple of engineer visits later, no change.On New Year’s Eve, I had had enough, range for hotel Manager who after 15 minutes on phone offered me $40 per night refund, I said as I had paid nearly $5,500 for my stay that was unacceptable, in the meantime they agreed for us to change rooms. So 10pm New Years Eve we rushed around and we were packed in 30 minutes to then get a call to say no room change as other room had no heating or hot water. I tried numerous other hotels locally, who were all full - to be expected at New Year in Times Square (because we stayed the duration, credit card company can’t / won’t assist).I have called customer service 3 times, 30-40 minutes of my life wasted each time, never received a call or email back. So I emailed their CEO, amazingly nothing back from him either.Looks like poor service from the top down. I purchased over 2k worth of goods in one month. They shipped me half of my items and i tried to reach out same day as I am very busy. I tried the chat several times and no one was there to andswer so i scheduled a call back as these are the only two ways that you can get help and no one called em back even though i tried three times. Finally the next day at work i was able to get someone on chat who told me to send a picture of the box... at this point the box had been thrown away. She said ok and to send picture of the products i recieved. I did this and they respond saying i need a picture of the box and shipping label. I told them again i do not have the box and they requested just the shipping label... in what world does that make sense! The shipping abel is attached to the box. They called me a liar and refused to refund or send the missing items. I tried to escalate the situation and got the same result. So DO NOT purchase from here because if they send you have your order they basically say too bad we are keeping your money.
